The next week, on a Tuesday, it was time for the semi-finals. From 10, it would be filtered to the best 2. They all got numbers from 1-10. Betsy was first, with Pete's band being in 5. Betsy sang " Side To Side " by Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj. When the rap part came on, everyone gasped. She wasn't that good at rapping, but her amazing singing outshone that. When it was time for The Big Beats, Pete sang with such emotion and hurt, putting all his heartbroken feelings into that performance. They played " Love Story " by Taylor Swift. He almost cried at the end. After all the performances were over, Miss Candy stepped up. " Alright everyone. So, now the 2 being picked to continue will be... " Everyone freaked out. " Betsy Butter, and The Big Beats. " She announced. The rest sadly walked away. The Big Beats were so proud that they had a party just for that. " IT.IS.ON." They told Betsy. " Bring it on...?
