" Boss where have you been!" Pedro asked. He was Mexican; he helped us translate a lot when we needed it. We also have someone who is Korean. In total there is 6 of us not including me. There is Max my best friend, James, Luke, Brian Pedro, and his younger Brother Joe. They were buff well most of them. I sat down at the end of the table. Apparently I was late to an important meeting, glad my dad didn't start yet.

" Glad you joined us Son" he said walking in with Uncle John and Max's Dad.

" I was with Alison," I said leaning back. The guys looked at me, thinking I banged her. That was me back home. Sort of the reason we are in hiding.

" Oh great. " he said rolling his eyes. They sat down and wasted no time. Apparently they are sending spy's in to watch us and one is already among us. They are checking everyone that is new or came in the last 3 months. As the meeting ended I said my goodbyes to the guys. My dad and me were left alone.

" Soooo Ali." He said recline on the chair. I rolled my eyes.

" Nothing is going on, she was mad and I helped her punch a few things, safely, " I said ready to walk out the door.

" Wait a sec, you were late you know the punishment .He stood up. Great even if I was his son I had to follow the rules. One punch for every minute I was late. My mom never agreed but my dad needed to show no favoritism.

" 10 Minutes late," he said. I closed my eyes and waited for the punches.

" YOU WHAT!!" Monse screamed on the phone. I told her about the kiss. That stupid wonderful kiss. How was I going to face him or our families. I sighed.

" Ya I know" I said hanging upside down on my bed.

" TELL ME EVERYTHING" I told her about the break up, the break down and then the kiss. She was speechless. So was I.

" How do you feel about it?" she asked after awhile.

" It was stupid of me, but it was wonderful" I looked up and there in the door way was Josh smiling. I quickly stood up, I could feel my face being to get red

" Monse I got to go" I hung up on her. And he walked in, shirtless may I add.

" Josh we need to talk" I said walking to him. He nodded

" About our stupid wonderful kiss" he teased.

" SHH!" I said pulling him inside he chuckled

" I don't want you to get the wrong impression of me, plus I don't want things awkward " I looked into his eyes, his beautiful light brown eyes. But I noticed under one of his eyes it was puffy like he had been hit. He smiled and put one hand on my waist. I gulped

" You were sad, and I was a rebound kiss, its fine" he said moving a strand of hair out of my face, his fingers cold against my skin making me shiver.

" You're going to tell me what Adam did?" he asked creasing my cheek

" After you tell me what happened to your eye," I said running my index finger over it, he flinched

" Sorry " I mumbled

" Got in a little fight" he said pulling me closer.

" Adam was cheating on me," I blurted out. His grip on me tightens and so did his jaw.

" Oh" is all he said

" But its all over now" I said putting my hand on his chest. It seemed to relax him.

" Why were you in a fight" I changed the subject again. He looked at me and his face got closer, and closer to the point were our foreheads were touching.

" One question at a time" he whispered. His breath still smelling like mint. Our lips silently brushed against each other , I thought we were going to have a kiss but he pulled away.

" Goodnight Ali" he smirked walking out of my room. I huffed
