Josh POV

God she looked so Beautiful. No i shouldn't think like that Max liked her and today he was going to ask her out. i was speeding to the garden of the school , weird i know. but someone called and said to check and see if Claire was the girl she said she was. I was in doubt so i did go. Everyone has been telling me she lying and i had to see for myself. i parked in school lot, everyone was heading towards the gym. I carefully went to the garden i saw two shadows behind a tree and giggling. i went behind it and there was Claire and Adam. she quickly got off him and tried to get near me. before i could do anything a teacher came

" Claire? Josh? they are about to announce King and Queen" Claire grinned and pulled me into the Gym i pulled away i was about to run off when i heard my name. Claire was the queen and we had to dance. She pulled me down to the middle of the dance floor

" Let me go now or i scream" i said her griped tighten

'" Dont  Josh" 

" Why not? you already open your legs to other guys" she gasped 

" You were just a toy, Josh a toy to get me this crown" thats when i lost it, i didnt care who heard us or who was watching

" YOU CLAIRE PATTERSON ARE A FUCKING WHORE, FUCK OFF OH WAIT YOU ALREADY FUCKED ADAM" i said letting her go and running out the gym. i heard the gasps and whisperers as i opened the doors. i ran as fast as i could. As i was to speed off i saw someone running after me

" JOSH WAIT PLEASE" i unlocked the doors and she got in

" Alison, please just leave" i said she rolled her eyes

" You helped me when i was pissed at Claire. Let me help you now" she said closing the door

" Why are you being so nice, after i was a dick" i asked

" just drive to the ice cream Place Josh" she smiled and buckled in.

" so thats what i've been missing" i laughed with her, We were at my hide out eating ice cream and catching up. i wasnt mad anymore, but i was upset. i was a dick to Alison, and i was cheated on. the laughter died down

" Thank you" i said she turn to look at me and smiled

" No problem, you helped me out" she blushed at the thought and i remember why she had kissed me. i smirked i want to kiss her again but i dont know if here is the right place. 

" OH man that sucks" i turn around to see Max and Pedro come in. 

" Hey guys" i said standing up. Max looked at Alison and she smiled and waved, but he ignored her. 

" What are you guys doing here" Pedro ask walking over to Alison

" Eating ice cream" she replie

" Can i talk to you " Max asked looking over my shoulder i nodded

Alison POV

i saw Max and Josh go outside , i was with Pedro. He wasnt that bad he was really funny actually we kind of get along now that he hasnt tried to kidnap me.

" Why are you really here" Pedro asked me

" I said eating ice cream" i laughed holding up my cone 

" Sure , you ditched Max for ice cream" he said chuckling 

" he thinks i ditched him?" i totally forgot about him when i ran after josh. Yes i ran after him it was in inciting. he chuckled before he said anything the door sang open 

" PEDRO" Max yelled we both stood up and max gave me a glare

" lets go" 

" bye alison" he said , max walked out pissed off. Josh came back in with a bloody lip

" Guessing the talk didnt go well" i said walking to him he chuckled but grabbed his stomach

" How did you guess" he smiled , i laughed

" Come on lets get you cleaned up" i said leading him to bathroom he down on the toilet  i looked around

" That cab nit right there" he said i got the cotton and started to wipe his lip 

" Ow careful" he said smiling, i kept cleaning his lip and under his eye we were pretty close and for once i wasnt nervous. i could see his eyes travel to my lips and i would be lying if i said i wasnt staring at his.

" Alison" he whispered i didnt say anything i just looked at him, before i know it his lips were on mine, this time he made sure i didnt go anywhere. his arms wrapped around my waist making me sit on his lap. i wrapped my arms around his neck pulling him closer. our lips moved as in one and i pulled his bottom lip

" You need to go rest" i smiled resting my forehead on his. he chuckled

" Come on then" he said , i stood and followed him to his room i totally forgot i was in my dress. 

" You can wear one of my shirt" he said looking in the closet. he got undressed and i looked away and did the same. i heard him lay down and i got the shirt on. i was glad it was dark i lay next him and he wrapped an arm around me. i rested my head on his chest while he played with my hair. 

" You never told me who hit you in the eye" i said drawing small circles on his chest

" Gang rules" he said 

" But your dad is the leader" i looked up at him he kissed my noses

" He has to show no favoritism" i put my head back his chest

" Alison" he whispered into my hair

" yea" 

" I'm sorry i didn't believe you" i smiled 

" It's okay" he kissed the top of my head

" One more thing" i said sitting up he laughed

" Why did your mom stay with a gang leader?" he face harden

" love" he harshly said he acted like it was a bad thing

" I don't know why my dad let it happen. why he would bring the person he loves into this world. " he was angry with him i understood. 

" I asked my dad about you ." his face soften a bit

" He told me you were the one that gave me the bear when we were little" he smiled

" Something to remember me by" he said . i laughed

" Didnt really help" he chuckled i leaned in and gave him another kiss 

" Good Night Joshy" i said laughing

" GoodNight Ali" he wrapped his arms around me tight.
