Ali POV

" what are you doing here?" I asked pulling away from the embrace.

" I came to check on you" his hand cupped my cheek his thumb lightly brushing back and forth.

" I'm fine" is all I could say. His beautiful green eyes that's the only thing I could think about.

" Good" he whispered leaning in. his soft pink lips connected with mine. This time instead of standing there I kissed back. I didn't hold back, my heart was racing as our lips moved in sync. He bit my bottom lip pulling away slowly. Out of breath his fore head against mine.

" Josh will be here any minute. " he said looking into my eyes. My boring brown eyes compared to his green ones.

" How did you get here to fast?" I asked standing straight. He sighed.

" We came here together" my eyes searched for josh in the darkness but I couldn't see much. Was he watching us? Was this a game to max. he had a girl friend already. I looked at Max. his eyes scanning my face.

" You ass !" I yelled pushing back.

" You already have a girl friend ! why are you here kissing me !" I pushed him back again. He only moved a little. He didn't say anything he just stood there.

" I - I want you to know how I feel. She is just a rebound " he said getting closer to me. I lifted my arm ready to slap him but he stopped my hand in mid air and pulled me in by the waste.

" I fell for you Alison Gates. Remember that" his lips connected with mine again. I could feel him pull down my hand from the air holding me against him. I couldn't help it and I kissed him back.

" Don't ever forget " he said pulling away. he looked out into the darkness and walked in a different direction. I sighed walking back under the tree. I sat down back against the bark. I crossed my legs like I use to when I was a little girl in kindergarten. Josh and Max here. Max kissing me made my heart race, and made my feelings go wild. Every time Josh holds my hand I feel sparks every time he kisses me I feel butterflies . but I feel safe with Max. I feel cared for. He is right I don't have a future with Josh and we all know it.

" Ali" His voice soft. I looked over and saw him standing there waiting for me to say something .

" Josh" I said looking back up at the moon. I heard his steps get closer.

" I'm sorry" is all he said.

" For ?" I asked not looking at him. I felt his body set next to me. he hand under my chin making me turn and look at him.

" For getting you involved with Robert" he said his thumb rubbing a line under my lip.

" Is that all?" I asked was he being serious right now.

" What else is there" he asked I pushed his hand away.

" How about ' I'm sorry Alison for sleeping with Anna?" I said looking at him his eyes gone wide.

" Josh you keep so many things about you secret. " I said looking away.

" Hey I didn't kiss your best friend did i?" he asked in a harsh tone"

" You said it your self under this tree. Lets not label it and enjoy the moment. The moment was over josh " I said standing up.

" Then there you go Alison! Why are you mad? If the moment was over then I could have slept with anyone" he stood up . I walked right into that one. I didn't want to face him. I didn't have anything else to say.

" Alison. I am sorry , I was drunk and drugged . but that doesn't that's make it okay . I know I told you not to label it because I didn't want to get attached to you. You deserve someone that isn't part of the life I have. I wish I could walk away but no matter what they will look for me. they will look for the guy that destroyed a girls life. " he stopped I turn around to his eyes closed.

" Jamie was Roberts Girl. Me being cocky thinking I could get anyone . I made her fall for me but she wouldn't leave Robert. One night I told her I wanted to say goodbye. Knowing gang bangs were happening that night" he stopped I could see the tears roll down his face.

" I let her get rapped. By some other gang. That's why I freaked when Pedro brought you. My dad doesn't like that in our gang but it frighten me to think it was that easy to kidnap you" he took a deep breath.

" Robert heard about our affair. He didn't find out I knew about her getting rapped until later on" he wiped the tears away and sniffled .

" they wont stop until im dead or Robert is did. " I was closer to him almost in front of him now.

" You need someone that will give you a beautiful life not just a beautiful moment. "

" Josh I -" he put up his hand and pulled me in

" I love you Alison. " he lips smashed into mine. He kissed rougher than Max but I enjoyed it more. His grip on my waste tighten as he pulled away.

" I just need to know that." He looked back and nodded . from the dark Max comes forward. Josh takes a step back.

" I need you to end it with one of us." Max said.

" I need the words to leave you mouth. " he spoke again. Josh stayed silent

" You can have a safe life, or a beautiful moment. " he looked back to josh

" I cant think right now." I said my mind heart everything was going in slow motion. How was I going to pick between them.

" You have until midnight or we relocate " they both walked back into the forest. Leaving me here alone with my thoughts.

I sat there for 2 hours thinking about it. Thinking about who to chose. I had called Monse. Of course she would help me get my head clear. I had called Pedro to. I stood up brushing the dirt off my jeans. I had my choice . I walked back into the woods I saw my car parked.

" Go to the park if you chose me"

" Go back to tree if you chose him" the note said. I closed my eyes. I walked back into the woods. Under the tree he stood there smiling. I smiled back and ran towards Max
