Chapter 22: TFF- The Fire Flare (Trenton Edwards)
For the first time in forever, a jet soared over Columbus Georgia. It landed at The Fire Flare home base, The Columbus Airport. The pilot's door opened. Out came the piolits, a girl with a bow, a lady with a baby, some military looking dudes, and a boy. Wait not just a boy. Was that, Carter? My little brother was alive. They entered the airport and were faced with the rifles of my men.
"Let them through," I said.
"Hello brother," I said.
He looked away.
"Wait, he's your brother?" the girl asked.
"Yes Elena," Carter responded.
"Follow me," I told them.
"Isabella, show the girls to their room. And, the baby stays with boys," I said.
Carter took the baby. I led the boys into the boys bathroom. I told them, "Two people per pallet. I'll get a crib for the baby."
My brother was back.
