This chapter is divided into two parts. This is part one.

"You want to go to the park with us today?"

"I want to Allison, but I've got to go to Edward's house."

"Oh. You've been going to his house for a few days already."

"Yea I know. But if you want, we can meet up at the cafe after."

"Okay, just call me back."

"Okay, bye."

"Bye."

I hung up and sighed. The bus arrived and I rode to Edward's.

"You're wearing purple," Allison plainly stated.

I smiled and took a seat across from her. "Oh and you've got a problem with me wearing purple? You know I'm still beautiful either way."

Allison rolled her eyes but I could detect a small hint of a smile.

"Sooooo-"

"Food." Allison interrupted.

"Croissant."

"Muffin."

"Latte."

"Coffee."

"Milk tea."

"Double shot Espresso."

I made a face. "BRO! No!"

Allison raised both her eyebrows. "I win."

I groaned. "B-but it's not fair! You didn't tell me." Whenever we went out to eat we would fight over who was paying. Allison insisted on paying because she had a lot to "spare." However, I always insisted to pay because the boy has to pay- even if the girl is just a friend. To see who would pay, we would have these random contests that happen out of no where. In this case, it's food and drinks.

Allison smiled and got up. "Not my problem that you can't handle double espresso."

"It's called only for finals Allison."

"So what chu want?"

"Oh, besides you?" Allison sighed and rolled her eyes. "Okay, okay, I'll stop." I threw my hands up in surrender. "Blueberry muffin and iced coffee."

I watched from my seat as Allison went to line up. As she talked to the cashier, she talked so naturally and freely. Whenever I had to order something, I always freaked out and quickly said my order. Allison took her time.

"Hi, good afternoon! How are you?"

The cashier smiled. "I'm doing good. How about you?"

"Great!"

"May I take your order?"

Allison laughed. "Of course! I would like a blueberry muffin, croissant, iced coffee, and iced latte please. Thank you."

"All right. Coming right up!" The boy behind the cashier began placing the food in the bag and making the drinks. The cashier gave the food and drinks to Allison. She payed and they exchanged thank-yous.
