Chapter: 44

ANGELUS P.O.V.

I paced in the living room, I was completely angered and Danyel seemed to notice and stayed quiet, finally after a couple of minutes he had the nerve to speak.

''Angelus, look we can destroy them they don't have the skills and intelligance to defeat us'' Danyel said 

''Oh really, if they arent skilled and smart how did you get your ass kicked by a girl, wait not just a girl, a teenage girl vampire'' I said frustrated 

''At least I'm trying to stay positive unlike you, and by the way she isnt just a bloody vampire'' Danyel said angrily

''I hate doing this'' I said 

''What?'' Danyel asked

''I'm going to my last resort'' I answered

''Which is?'' Danyel asked

I didn't answer I immediately run upstairs and go down the long narrow hallway, finally I stopped in front of a metal door which was locked. I got the metal key from my pocket and jabbed it into the knob, the door unlocked automatically, I nodded my head at the fact I was gonna ask for help.

''I can't believe I'm actually doing this'' I said 

''Are you kidding me?'' Danyel said from behind me

I opened the metal door and walked inside followed by Danyel right behind me, I looked straight at the person who sat on a metal chair tied up from behind. The prisoner smiled and knew why I was here.

''So seems like you need help?'' the prisoner said 

''I have no other option'' I answered

''I'll help you'' the prisoner quickly said 

''In exchange for what?'' I asked

''My freedom and one more thing'' the prisoner said

''Which is?'' I asked

''Let me kill Iris Knight'' the prisoner said 

''Fair enough'' I said 

REBEKAH P.O.V.

I smiled as I watched Iris playing around with Stefan and Damon, they both laughed and chased there little sister around the backyard. I quickly got my composture back and stopped smiling, I felt someone behind me.

''Sister, don't be frighten it's just me'' Kol said from behind

''Kol you scared me'' I answered

''You've never been scared of anything Rebekah, what's wrong?'' Kol asked

''Nothing is wrong'' I answered

''Rebekah you can tell me'' he pleaded

''I feel like something bad is going to happen'' I answered

''Rebekah nothing bad is going to happen'' he said 

''Kol, promise me you'll be safe and you'll protect her'' I said pointing at Iris

''Of course'' Kol said worriedly

''Something is gonna happen I know it'' I said 

''Will all be fine'' Kol said hugging me
