Perfect Two

You and Nico sit at the camp fire. Nico was your only friend, and you two got along very well. Considering you were both antisocial, which was strange for a daughter of Apollo. Most thought that you were a child of Athena, but no. When you got claimed, it turned out that you were a child of Apollo. Your gift from Apollo was your singing voice, but you were to shy to sing. 

"Now, the Apollo camper who is going to sing is," your half-brother Will was saying, "(Y/N)!" You immediately groan. Why was it you?

"What song?" you ask, frowning.

"Perfect two!" Will smirked. He was the only one who knew you had a crush on Nico and he was always trying to get you two together. And yes, that included making you sing a song that Nico probably didn't even know.

You look at Nico and mouth 'Help me'  

'You will do fine'  He mouths back and you walk down to the campfire, shooting a glare at Will.

The camp had grown silent, listening to your voice. You glance at Nico, and he nods for you to go on.

The animals had gone silent now, along with the Nymphs, Dryads, and the Naiads. Your cheeks flush, knowing that you are the center of attention. And you hated it.

Yeah, yeah." you finish the song, and sit down. You hated being the center of attention, and now everyone was staring at you. Suddenly everyone starts cheering and clapping. You look around confused. 'Is all that cheering for me?' you think. You give Nico a confused look and he smiles at you.

"Wait, you can smile?" you ask.

"Yes, I just don't do it much," He replies softly.

"I guess that's your act of emotion for the day," you joke.

"JUST KISS ALREADY!" someone says. You turn and see non other than Leo Valdez.

Blushing, you and Nico both yell, "SHUT UP VALDEZ!"
