~Le Time Skip~

It has been a week from any activity from Victois and Will's last visit.
Bill hadn't really been around that whole week with Dipper due to Strategizing for any attacks Victois could pull. One day he didn't even go to his bedroom and stayed in the security room. Dipper didn't like being alone so he went out to the gardens to play with the lillies.
Bill thought Dipper was happy . Until one day~

Bill awoke to find Dipper not at his side like usual before he left. "Hey- where-" Bill looked up to see Dipper in a big white towel fiddling with his pendant in the mirror. "Hey pinetree" Bill greeted hopping out of his bed and clapping his hands. Dipper didn't flinch as dark blue overalls appeared on his body along with a sky blue shirt. Little blue boots with pinetree's appeared on him. Bill frowned with concern as the boy continued to stare blankly at the mirror. "Pinetree?" Bill said, walking towards the boy.  Dipper  put his hat on and drew it over his eyes. Bill heard sniffling and began to reach out a hand. All of a sudden Dipper looked up at him with tearful eyes and yelled "You don't want me!". Bill only stared in shock as Dipper shoved passed him and disappeared through the bedroom door. A blue flashed engulfed Dipper as he fled through the dark hallway. "Pinetree wait!" Bill yelled, taking off after the boy. He whispered as he ran and a golden flash engulfed him. As soon as Bill appeared in the garden the lillies were wailing and hollering to him. "He's bleeding! He's bleeding!" They shouted pointing to a direction where a small trail of blood could be seen. Bill mutter a curse and ran off in that direction as the lillies cried and poked at his ankles. "Pinetree!" Bill called out, "Pinetree!". Bill heard sniffles coming from the violet gem tree. He walked up to the tree slowly and turned around the corner to see Dipper hugging his knees. "Pinetree" Bill whispered, reaching out a hand. The boy flinched and looked up at him with a heartbroken look in his eyes. "Why are you here? You don't want me..." Dipper said, as tears leaked down his face, "you're abandoning me like they did". Bill whined and pulled dipper close, noticing the trail of blood leaking from his nose. "That's not true" Bill said, lifting up Dipper's chin, "if I didn't want you, you wouldn't be here and I wouldn't be trying to protect you". Bill flicked out a tongue and lapped up the blood wincing at the taste. "You stayed away...All the time...The flowers were my only friends and when I looked in the mirror.....I kept seeing my memories..." Dipper replied, tears beginning to trickle down his face. Bill sighed and gently started to rock dipper. Bill nuzzled him and started to sing a lullaby

"Seasons may change
And the years are always passing
But there will never be a time where I leave you
I will always be in your heart and always be there to take care of you
My little pinetree there's nothing to be afraid of
No matter where you go I'll always be there
Helping you spread your wings and take flight
I know I left you alone and I'm so sorry but I do this all for you

After all there is nothing greater to me to see my little sapling grow up to be a big tree

I love you forever and always remember..."

Bill smiled as he felt the boy sigh and wiped the tears away from his face.
"I'm always watching and I'll never abandon you"
Bill watched the boy snuggle deeper into him and fall asleep. Bill nuzzled him and leaned back against the tree.

"Sweet dreams my little sapling"
