I got another call from the police today. They're finally done with the case. Even though they told us that you jumped on purpose, they continued to look at evidence. But today they said it's over for good, and the reason you're in hospital is because you tried to commit suicide.
It hurts. I wish I could've done something for you. If I could turn back the clock, I promise you that I would. I'd do it in a heartbeat.
