My doctor came again today. My mum came too.
I'd only spoken to her over the phone about this, and seeing her in person was too much. I couldn't handle it, I didn't want to cry infront of her but I did. She looked like she was going to cry as well, but she held it together for me.
The doctor gave me stronger tablets because he thinks I'm getting worse, but I threw them in the bin and smoked with JJ instead.
I'm such a fucking disappointment.
