Personality: an independent and mature girl, Alissa is diplomatic and tries to look at things from both sides. She tries to find solutions to a problem that will be accepted by both parties. She is calm and rational, and weighs her options carefully before making a decision. She tends to be analytical and observative

Likes: coffee, tea, helping people, being a negotiator, when people don't treat her special and treat her like they treat everyone else, solving problems, especially tricky ones

Dislikes: when people are rash or make a decision without thinking, when people don't understand and accept her ideas; being called "princess" or "miss"

Strengths: she is very mature and responsible, and does her best to act as queenly as possible

Weaknesses: she often overthinks things, and in doing so, over complicates them, she can also be cold hearted

Thoughts on the Selection: she doesn't like it and doesn't see the point of it, as she thinks she is always to buy to fall in love, and it's just an inconvenience. If she ends up marrying someone, it will most likely be for a political reason or somehow the marriage would help the country, not that she actually loves the person
