Adam's POV

It's Sunday morning, finally the day I get to take MJ out on a date. I was somewhat nervous because I didn't want to mess today up. Our relationship was great back then and I hope it can become just as great now. If it can't, I just hope she stays around because she's my muse, she always has been.

I went into my closet looking for something to wear, it wasn't that hard to decide. I grabbed my jeans with the least amount of rips in them and put them on. I picked out my nicest white tee and put it on before walking into my bathroom to do my hair. I couldn't get it just right so I left it somewhat messy but it still looked good. I walked into my bedroom and was greeted by Frankie who was laying on my bed.

"Hey Frankie girl, how do I look?" I asked her as I walked up and pet her. Yes, I talk to my dog. "We have dates today, you with Sonny and me with MJ. I think you'll like them both, I do, well I love MJ but that's a different story." I pet her again before putting on my favorite boots. I walked back into my bathroom and looked myself over satisfied with my appearance. I sprayed my cologne before I walked back to Frankie. "Ok, let's go girl." She jumped off the bed and followed me to the living room to grab my keys before we walked out to my car.

I had an hour before I had to pick up MJ so I decided I was going to stop by the flower shop that my buddy Sal owns. He has some of the best flowers around I just hope he had what I was looking for. He did and I ended up spending a half hour in the shop picking out the best one for MJ.

I had a half hour to get to her house and the nerves started to kick in. I was nervous, I was second guessing half of what I had planned for our date in fear that she wouldn't like it. I made it to MJ's house with 15 minutes to spare and seen that Jesse was already here to watch Orion. I grabbed the flower I got her and got out of my car, letting Frankie out before walking up to the door and knocking on it.

Jesse answered the door with a smile on his face and let me in. "Roe! Adam's here!" He yells up the stairs to MJ. He looked back at me with a serious look on his face and says quietly. "I really hope you have something casual planned." He looked at what I was wearing and nodded once. "Looks like it. I got here 2 hours ago because she didn't know what to wear so she called me to help. Why couldn't she call Tori? I swear you better compliment her look because she's freaking out that she doesn't look good enough."

I grabbed Jesse's shoulder to stop his rant. "Chill Jesse, it's MJ she looks great in anything she wears." He sighed at pet Frankie before turning around and signaling to follow him. He walked over to the couch where Orion was sitting in the living room. He was strumming his guitar as he was adjusting the chords.

"Hey Adam!" Orion shouts as i walked into the room. "Is this Frankie?" He asked petting her. She started to lick him causing him to laugh.

"Hey Orion! What's up?" I fist bumped him as Frankie laid at his feet. "Yup, this is my Frankie girl." I stayed standing in front of him because I didn't know how long MJ was going to be. He looked at me and giggled. "What?"

"Someone's going to get brownie points." Orion says smirking while looking at the flower in my hand. I rolled my eyes at him jokingly as Jesse looked confused at what he was talking about. "Mom's favorite flower is a sunflower and she hates getting a lot of flowers, she likes getting only one." He started to explain. Sonny came running up to Frankie and instantly started pouncing on her making us pay attention to them.

"It's more personal when it's just one." MJ's voice came from the entry way as all of our heads snapped in that direction. "Whoever picks the flower, if they care, looks over every detail to make sure it's perfect for the person they are giving it to. I think it shows how they look at the person." MJ said passionately. She seemed to have zoned out because she looked back at us in her living room and we were all smiling at her. She's so beautiful. I walked over to her and handed her the flower with a smile on my face as I put my hands on her hips. She looked at it deeply as she smiled and gently brushed her finger tips over the petals.
