Some people say that if you still have a crush on someone for over 4 months then you're in love? What's your opinions on this?

Because then I'm going into the 'love' zone and I'm not sure how to feel about it, especially since its one-sided at this particular moment. Sometimes I feel afraid to even think about it, knowing that I'll only get upset even more than I already am about the situation. But at that same time, I want to deal with my emotions because I'm very confused right now.

It stresses me out a lot.
