i'm terrified to write about you
because who knows where my
intoxicated words will run to
places i've never dared to explore or go near before
come closer with that look in your eyes
let a smile seep in to my cheeks
grab my hand and lead me to shadowed rooms
pull me closer to your waiting lips
feel the laugh playing on my mouth as yours closes in on mine
get lost in the insides of my treasure
tonight you are an explorer
move your hands and reinvent happiness
forget the watching world and allow it to melt away into nothingness
suffuse the sultry air with sin
speak the words you know make my heart leap
lift me up until i can taste heaven
sink your skin into my own
set my back on fire
rediscover parts of me
remind me of lustful desire
teach me tilting heads and learn swaying hips
kiss me over and over and over
thighs and midriffs and tickles and giggles
forehead, fingers, hair, each is given a fresh definition in a language of your tongue
tonight i am yours and you are mine
so let's be adventurers and find a whole new world.
