As soon as the sun had extinguished from our sight, me and (Y/N) went our separate ways. She thanked me for the wonderful day we had, and I thanked her for coming.

She promised to call me the next day, and I am really counting on it.

But...

...It doesn't end there.

If I was myself, I would've said, "WAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!"

But no, I was too caught up in the moment.

Before we went home, (Y/N) kissed me on the cheek...

Okay, okay! I wasn't expecting something like us making out, but I wasn't expecting her to kiss me!

Damn, I texted Scott and Joel about it and they squealed like little girls.

I can't believe it!!!

I patted my cheeks to calm down. "Oli, don't get too carried away, you Numbskull."

I contacted Lizzie.

She said that with a hint of suspicion in her voice.

"Ahahahaha! Sorry, I was kidding! So...how was your date? Callum told me that you were asking (Y/N) out."

Just hearing Seapeekay's name made my blood boil.

"Good. We saw Yammy."

"Oh, yeah. Joey invited us, but I was too busy playing MineCraft with Sasha that I declined the offer."

"Sasha? Vixella?"

"Yeah, she came over. I cannot believe that her house was near mine!"

"Heh. Hey, (Y/N) said that you met her one day."

I remembered (Y/N) saying that she met Lizzie and Joel one day. XD I just repeated what I had said.

"Oh, yeah! I met her at Starbucks on Wednesday! She's so pretty. I like her (H/C) hair and her (E/C) eyes!" Hearing Lizzie describe (Y/N) made me blush.

"She's one of a kind, eh?" Yes, that's true. She is one of a kind.

"Yeah, she is. Do you like her?"

"Yeah, she's my friend." But I feel like it's more than that.

"No, Oli. More than that. More that a friend." I kinda feel like Lizzie knows what I'm thinking.

I froze. I didn't know what to say.

"I...maybe?"

"Maybe? Oli, I know you. You're talkative when you're in love...or flustered or something." Wait, am I getting talkative?

"Alright! I admit it! I'm in love with (Y/N)! I mean, who couldn't? She's nice, funny...and everything! I love her, Lizzie. I've never felt so...different before. But...we barely know each other."

"Aw. It's okay. In due time, you will be together. But...you better watch out."

"What do you mean watch out?"

"Our dear friend, Totoro has a crush on her, too."

"Our dear friend, Toto- Don't tell me that it's..."

"Yes, Scott has a crush on her. Looks like you got some competition."

NO!!! Scott?! Why Scott?! Why my best friend?!

"What do I do?!"

"Easy. Show (Y/N) why you should be the one she picks. Show her why you're the one. Prove your love to her. Because if you love someone enough, you do everything for them."

"Thanks, Lizzie."

"Anytime."

I hung up.

I will prove it. (Y/N) will be mine.

And no one else will love her more than I do.
