Harry's POV:
"Honestly. It's bloody stupid mate!" Ron grumbled beside me.
This year every Hogwarts student had to redo last year. The reason that we were given was because the war and everything that had happened last year disrupted our learning. Personally I wouldn't know. Hermione, Ron and I were out roaming the country side, destroying horcruxes and generally avoiding Death Eaters and Snatchers.
During the final days leading up to the first of September we visited diagon ally several times. We packed our bags and we just did the normal stuff. Playing Quiditch in the field, degnomeing the garden and laughing at Ron when Mrs Weasly yelled at him in the mornings.
The first day of September dawned and as usual we were dragged out of bed by Mrs Weasly. We had a strange morning.
No one left anything behind for once and I knew something was going to happen. So I wasn't surprised when two Americans came up too us and asked where the platform was. Ron showed them how to do it.
I didn't see them after that. Rumor was that they has their own carriage. But I didn't believe it. It was most likely their own private compartment.
