I break the kiss "This is bad"
"What's bad?" he asks
"We are moving too fast" I answer honestly "I just got out of a bad relationship and I'm not trying to jump into another one"
"Melanie, after knowing you for a week I haven't stopped thinking about you"
"I haven't stopped thinking about you either" I blush
"So no strings attached, let's just have fun" he says leaning back in and I push him away
"I don't do friends with benefits Odell" I laugh
"Not what I meant" he responds seriously
"Then what do you meannnnnn" I whine
"I want to get to know you more and more" he smirks
"So we aren't dating..."
"Not until you're comfortable" he answers pulling my back down against his chest
We are both laying in my bed now and I feel at peace
Whenever I'm with Odell I don't think of Cam as much
"So...just friends?" I ask as he rubs my inner thigh
"Just friends" he quickly responds
"K" I say turning over and straddling him
He starts smirking again and I lean down and peck his lips
He instantly deepens the kiss and I moan against his lips "Can we still do this if we're just friends?"
"Mhmmm" he answers rubbing my lower back
"MEL YOU UPSTAIRS?" I hear Jarvis yell from downstairs
"Odell he can't see us like this" I say quickly getting off of him and as soon as I stand up Jarvis walks in
"Well well well what do we have here" he says staring at Odell
"He was just staying with me until you got back, to make sure I was ok"
Jarvis accepts that and says "I talked to him"
"Oh no" I say falling back on my bed
"Well you shouldn't have to worry about seeing him again" Jarvis says with confidence
"and why is that?" I ask
"Just know you don't need to worry best friend" Jarvis says pulling me into a side hug "and he will never put his hands on you again, alright?"
I don't answer and just smile
He jokingly shakes me and asks again "Alright?!"
"Okayyyyy" I laugh shoving him off
"So you're good now right?" he asks grabbing his keys
"Perfect"
"Alright, bro you ready to go?" he says to Odell
