Chapter 8: The God Of War And The Black Cat

Kaori's P.O.V 

"We have a new student!" the teacher said smiling as the door opened

E-EH...? XENOVIA?! 

"hello~! My name is Xenovia Lockheart~! Nice too meet everyon-" she stopped and stared at me...

o-o... i stared, she quickly looked around and when she saw Shiina she smiled...

"hallo Kaori-san ^^" 

errrrgh... WHY IS SHE HERE!!! O.O

"h-hi.." i heisitantly said back

everyone gasped and stared at me. 

"AWE~ DON'T BE SO SHY ^^" she smiled and sat next to me

"I thought i told you not to be near me." she said softly but deep voiced...

o.o... she serious?

"well you're the one who sat next to me and came to my school" i whispered back 

"shut up" she said in normal voice "im here for your vice. not you"

"you're not taking any-" 

"do i need to seperate you two?" the teacher yelled inturupting me

"yes" i said coldly

~*~*~

~Lunch~ 

"KAORI!!" Shiina ran up to me and pulled me out of the class

"huh? oh sh-" 

"KAORI... " she said out of breath... "w-why is the Black Cat here..." 

"you know about her?" i asked

"EVERY GOD RE-..." she stopped quickly and stared at me suprised

"so you are a god reincarnate." i said staring at her...

"n-no...STOP!...i-i" she started crying

"Shiina.." i said sadly

"I-I.. im the god of war.. its true im Mars... why im a girl?.. i dont know... why im alive... i don't know... what i had to try this hard to kill someone i don't know..." she fell to the ground crying...

"WHOS THERE" i said turning around and covering Shiina

"S-SORRY ORI..." Minerva said stepping out quickly

"M-Minerva...." Shiina stood up... "y-you heard?..." 

"y-yes..." Minerva said looking away

"...why... THATS MEAN MINERVA!" Shiina yelled

"IM A GOD TOO..." Minerva yelled "don't act like its all about you..."

Shiina backed away like she saw a ghost... "M-Minerva...h-how..."

 "i don't know..." Minerva said lightly

*clap clap clap* 

"quite a show you guys put on for each other." A voice said...

"Shiina, Minerva..." i whispered and gestered them to go and hide

"What do you want Lockheart" i said coldly

"Shiina... and apparently now Minerva. how could i have not noticed she was a god..." she laughed walking out of the blind corner

"you're not getting any of them." i said even more coldly...

"awe! c'mon Kaori-san~~ i'll take you down if i have to. don't forget that." she smiled

"you can come try." i said annoyed

She raced at me... A GUN?! I rolled out of the way and ran opening my bag.. i remember i have a gun in here... i took it out and dropped the bag and looked around... she stopped chasing me?... SHIINA... i ran back to where we were talking before, I was shot. and everything was getting blurry... the blood... i need to stop it... "Xe...novia... Loc...Lockheart..." i struggled to say

"Any last words? Candelaria Kaori." she said coldly but smiling

"you're not taking them... EVEN IF I DO DIE" i said getting up and tripping her, kicked the gun out of her hand and round house kicked her stomach. She coughed up blood. Usually i would feel bad. but... not this time. 

"you kick hard... but you're weak." she said getting up "IF YOU HESITATE TO SHOOT YOU'RE GONNA DIE!" she said as i kicked her gun back out of her hand...
