"What? You must have forgotten the number of floors. We are here at the third floor." I said.
"Elsa, just because it's numbered 303, doesn't prove that the building has three floors," Derek said.
"I never told you the room number, did I?"
"No but you have used the hotel landline to call me and the number I can see is 303."
I was shocked.
"But Derek I am using my cellphone right now."
"You must be tired Elsa. Take some rest. We... "
"Hello?? Derek?..hello?"
The line went off.
"Fred please give me your cellphone?" I asked.
"Sure but there's no network," he said.
I just rolled my eyes.
"Derek said that this hotel has two floors only."
"Your cousin is an idiot Elsa. He hasn't seen you since years yet claims to be so concerned about you," Fred said annoyingly.
"Fred he is my brother!" I screamed at him.
"Gosh! Are you Pmsing?" Fred almost barked at me.
"I'm hungry. Let's find a nice resturant." I said.
"Fine,"he said.
The suite was beautiful, no doubt about that, but why the hell they didn't use an elevator? The facility is available for the other 2 floors.
We walked down the stairs and went to the Sunshine Lounge.
As we sat on the table, the waiter came to take our order.
"Good evening. What would you like to order?" the waiter asked.
"Two grilled cheese sandwhiches and some wine please," I said with a smile.
"Okay. I haven't seen you before" the waiter said.
"Yes we are here on a vacation," Fred responded.
"That's nice. Where are you staying?" He asked.
"The Blue Moon hotel" I replied.
"Wasn't that hotel shut down like an year ago? After their receptionist committed suicide.
What was her name...umm...Elise I guess."
