"Derek! Where are you?", I asked while looking at the jammed door.

I tried knocking the door and breaking the lock, but the gate would just not open.

"What's the matter Elsa?" I heard Fred's voice.

"Fred. There's Derek in here. I could hear his voice right now," I almost screamed.

Fred walked towards the door.

"This gate doesn't open, I said."

"Let me try," he said.

He twisted the door knob and it opened within a second.
I was shocked.

It was more shocking because I was expecting a store room to be there.
But there was nothing.
There was a wall behind the door.

"What is this Fred?" I asked.
"I don't know!"

Fred was acting strange.
He was never this rude or ignorant with me.

"I'm going for a shower," he said and walked away.

I don't know why he was behaving like that.

I just stood there, my gaze fixed on the wall.

I could hear that voice again.
It wasn't Derek this time, but that same girl whom I heard before.

I knocked at the wall.
"Hello?"

"Hello."

"Is someone there?"

"No."

"Then how come are you answering me?"

"Because I'm behind you."
