The smell of chocolate chip pancakes, bacon, and eggs woke me up.

Dad's cooking.

I scrambled out of bed and ran downstairs.

"Morning pumpkin."

He said, flipping a pancake.

"Hi, Dad."

I said.

"To celebrate the win, I made your favorite."

He said, gesturing to the stove.

I licked my lips and sat down.

Another set of feet came running down and I saw Rieya.

"I smelled heaven and came as fast as I could."

She said eyeing the food.

She plopped down next to me and began texting.

My dad handed us plates and syrup.

"Eggs and bakey are omn their way."

He said.

We devoured the pancakes and he brought some more. Just as we had finished those, he gave us the eggs and bacon.

"Mmm. So good."

I said, licking up the left over yolk.

"This is the best bacon ever."

Rieya said, still chewing.

"Save some for your mom."

He Said.

"Okay. Anyway, I gotta bounce."

Rieya said, clearing her stuff.

"Where you going?"

I asked.

"Starbucks with Tiffany."

She said.

"See ya."

I said before heading to my room.
