Finally I can move my eyes. I look to the left. Then I look to the right. Many things scattered around me. Where am I?

What tests? It said I can receive its voice properly. How can I understand what it says?
"Alright number 1, lift your left arm."
I reply, "What is an arm?"
"Oh dear. Its memory banks is missing some key word functions. I better install them."
I have memory banks? What is that? It can install what exactly? I wanted to ask.
