Chapter Eight

I guessed I could at least try to make it to this get together today.

It would be probably the better thing to do cause Sollux helped me.

I think he said it starts at 8:00

Right now it's 7:23

"What do people NORMALLY wear to 'get together's?" I asked Karkat who layed all over my bed.

"HE SAID IT WAS ONLY A FEW PEOPLE RIGHT?"

"Yes??"

"THEN, THERES PROBABLY GONNA BE MORE PEOPLE THAN YOU THINK. DRESS CASUAL BUT SHOWY. LIKE, SOMETHING SO DAMN JAW DROPPING THAT IT MAKES HIS MOUTH WATER, BUT NOT SLUTTY THOUGH."

"Um...Okay what about this?"

I pulled out a red V neck and some black leggings.

"YES, EXACTLY BUT LIKE...YOU NEED SOME MAKEUP TOO. NOT BECAUSE YOUR UGLY BUT BECAUSE IT NEEDS TO SPICE UP THE OUTFIT."

"Okay are you gonna do my makeup?"

"HELL NO, I SUCK AT THAT. SEE YA IN THE LIVING ROOM"

Karkat hopped off my bed and left.

After getting dressed I put on a little mascara and some natural looking makeup with a little lip gloss and color to my inner lips.

I slung my black purse around my body.

Boy am I nervous.

I'm not even about this life okay, I'm just...I really like him. I can't even deny it at this point..

So I look all nice now because of this dipshit bee lover.

I buckled into Karkats car before he began driving.

"IS IT TOO LATE NOW TO SAY FUCK YOU?? (FUCK YOU)~♪"

"Hahahaha" I laughed

"That's a good one"

"YEAH I KNOW,"

He continued diverting attention to the road before humming along with the awful music.

Soon enough, after multiple minutes of my contemplating jumping out of the car, we arrived in Sollux's drive way.

Well shit...There was like fifteen cars here!!

I cautiously climbed out of the car and headed to ring the doorbell with Karkat following behind me

Before I even touched the doorbell the door swung open.

"Sollux?" I barely muttered.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA NOOOOO sEEEEEXy, iM his brOOOOOOOO~~~~"

The boy was slowly dragged away from the door by none other than Sollux

Who, gave the other boy a small lecture.

Did he just address me by sexy?

Holy hell...

He must've been drunk.

Sollux turned and glanced at me for a second before doing a double take

"Wow..." He barely said.

I was kinda embarrassed because he just kept staring at me, I looked to my side at Karkat who just pushed by Sollux to get inside.

"You look great honey bee"

"U-umm...Thanks" I nervously stuttered.

He made way to let me inside.

Walking in, I felt an arm wrap around my shoulder.

I looked up and saw Sollux smiling down at me which instantly made me blush.

I nervously looked around.

"II hope you enjoy the party"

Sollux said before letting go of me

"IIm gonna go get a driink, you want   one?" He asked

"Sure! Just make it non alcoholic."

Not about that life either.

As he left i looked around, the music was pretty loud.

There was also WAY more people than I thought there would be

I don't have any friends except Karkat, he was too busy flirting with Dave Strider. I didn't want to bother him with that.

I was about to walk through out the house when Sollux came toward me and handed me a grape fanta.

He took a swig of what looked like beer.

"Is that beer?" I asked

"Yeah, iit2 only one can. Don't worry about iit"

He said obviously already a little tipsy. How could I tell?

He put his hands on my waist and we were against a wall.

I was a little nervous, but I put my arms around his neck.

He let out a small smirk before his face was just inches from mine.

"You sure your gonna be alright Sollux?"

He came closer to my ear before whispering,"II'll be alriight honey bee"

I could smell the scent of beer and the scent of cologne mixed with his newly forming husky voice.

I knew it was probably wrong, but it felt right. Cliché I know.

He placed a few soft kisses on my neck which to be honest already made me want to moan.

Damn, did I really want him that bad?

He got off of me before leaning in to kiss my lips, as much as I wanted to I couldn't. I wasn't really into even tasting beer.

I lightly pushed him off.

"Hold on Sollux, I need to use the bathroom okay?"

He made a somewhat hurt expression.

"I'm coming back, jeez" I said before making my way to wherever the bathroom was.
