I ride my bike home and there's mom. Looking up to the sealing.

"Mom, where's dad?!" I said to mom when I got home

"He's going to New York which HE SAID, for an office trip" mom said a little offending

*bringgggg* the telephone rang

"Hello" I said

"Hello barbara, this is dad, you're home already?" He asked

"Yes dad..boring school lessons today" I said

"Good that you're home, aye" he said

"Is mom alright?" He said

I looked to mom and said

"He want to know if you're doing alright" I said

"I'm doing okay" mom said harshly.

"Well, she's doing okay, dad" I said

"Do you want me to buy you something from new york, I know you and your mom like clothes" he giggle

"Mom, dad's asking if you want him to buy you some clothes?" I asked mom

"NO" she said harshly.

"Well, I found a pair of red pumps with ribbons on top, I looked it goes well with your white gown you just bought yesterday" said dad

"Don't be naughty, be nice to mom, I'll be home on wednesday" he said

"Daddy's alright mom" I said

"I'm just afraid that he's--"

"Mom, think positive, okay?" I said and she don't answer.

"Dinner will be ready soon" she said

"Okay mom, I'll go change and I'll help you with that" I said

I just changed my clothes and look at the calendar. It's getting near. Her birthday is getting near.
