"So," Jin began as he poured Jackie a cup of hot chocolate, "what did you, ah, ah, want to, ah, k-know again?"

"Oh, I was just wondering how your parent met her parent," you reply, nodding your towards Jackie. She held the cup with hot chocolate in it, yawning. Her free hand placed gently on the dinner table, tapping her long nails against the cold wooden surface rhythmically.

"Ah, okay," Jin replied. He poured Taehyung a cup of hot chocolate as well, the later deep in thought.

"Where did eo—ah—Mom meet Dad again?" Jin asked Jackie, who jolted at the sound of her name.

"Hiccup! I think—yawn—it was like—burp—excuse me—at college?" She squinted her eyes in thought, staring at nothing in particular.

"Babo," Jin shook his head, "I am pretty sure that they meet at work or something."

"Well, why don't you ask them, babo?" Jackie smirked when Jin rolled his eyes at her remark.

"What? I know what that means, stuuupid," she said. "I lived in the same house with you for six years; I know all your tricks and words that you refused to teach me."

"Yah, yah," Jin dismissed her, a faint smile on his face.

See, you thought, you had nothing to worry about. Jin knows how to treat and take care of Jackie just fine.

"Aren't you still drunk?" Jin watched as Jackie tried taking a sip of her hot chocolate, only to accidentally spill some on her skirt.

"N-no," she stammered, "I'm actually quite sober now, thanks for asking." She set her cup down.

"Okay," Jin said skeptically, "then why don't, uh, you tell them how, ah, Mom and Dad met?"

Grinning, Jackie replied, "I'd love to."
************
"And so, as the ostrich was taking my mother away," Jackie explained, "Jin's father stepped in and stopped it from going into the wild. And it was love, right there. And so, BAM! Marriage."

She hiccuped, and then excused herself, stumbling all the way into she disappeared into the hallway.

"I can't.. breathe," you chortle, doubling over in laughter.

Jin and Taehyung nod in agreement, each laughing so hard that they were incapable of a verbal response.

"S-she most is drunk," Jin finally choked out, having calmed down a bit.

"That story was crazy, start to finish," you smile, "there's no way that she isn't drunk."

"Yah," Tae agreed, cracking his knuckles.

There was an awkward silence between the three of you as you waited for Jackie to come back. Suddenly, Jin cleared his throat.

"So, Y/N, was it? Why don't you, ah, told me how you meet Taehyung? Er, how you two meet?" He chewed on his bottom lips nervously, obviously trying not to make eye contact with Tae.

"Okay," you agree. You shift slightly in your chair before getting comfortable enough to start speaking again.

"Well, it was about a month ago when we first met," you begin.

"Mwo?!? Month?" Tae's mouth hangs open in shock. (A/n: mwo=what)

"Actually, about a month and a half I'd say," you said. Jin nodded his head, deep in thought.
