"elllooo,
welcome to the world again,
we are humans,
and we are waiting to get on the bus?" wyatt cleared, startling the silence around
the two,
making chester bolt up, leaving ingrid to stumble her way to flat ground.

chester cleared his throat, brushing himself off and facing the rest of the group,
away from ingrid, though he hadn't wanted to.

"right, yes, ok..
let's get a move on" he said, his voice not showing any sign indicating
what had happened not even a moment ago.

"yeah, we've been waiting on you,
not the other way around" marcie said, looking at her ugly ass nails.

chester felt like telling her to shut up,
for making it even more awkward for them,
pointing out what had almost happened.

nevertheless, he stayed quiet and made his way to the bus,
along with the others closely behind him.
they were all lined up outside the door,
though only a few students going in,
it was difficult to fit 10 ruthless idio- teenagers
into a bus without some complication

ingrid was just standing there in the line,
waiting for the rest to get inside.

she had completely forgotten about her game,
and was focusing on nothing.

absolutely nothing,
but the thought of what had almost happened.|
and how she was aware during it.

she knew what could've happened,
and in all honestly,

she hadn't been planning on stopping it
