It's been six weeks now and Berry has not come home yet. I am desperate. I called Tim my lawyer about it. He said that I could file for, but he does not recommend it, a petition for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus and custody of minor. I can file it in the Court of Appeals so it can be enforced in any part of the Philippines. But he said that he recommends that I enter into a written agreement with September that I will provide support, and there will be a schedule when the child can stay with me. Damn! Damn!

"Pinsan niya si Clark?"
"Hindi ko alam sir. Pero siya yung nag iisang anak na babae ni Senator Herrera."
"Nandito ba sa Pilipinas?"
"Hindi ako sure Sir pero nung nakita niya ako iniwasan ako eh so baka alam niya."
"Alam mo kung saan nakatira?"
"Sa bahay nila Sir ang alam ko."
"Teka tawagan ko si Clark."

"Hello pare, si Rafa Antonio to. May favor sana ako hihingin sa yo eh"

"Si Margot na pinsan ko? Bakit pare may kasalanan ba siya sa yo?"
"Pare best friend niya si September. Hinahanap ko yung mag-ina ko."
"Teka! Teka! Pare, sino ba ang mag-ina mo? Bakit si September? Di ba nawawala siya? Bakit si Margot?"
"Pare huwag ka na magtanong, basta alam mo ba kung saan nakatira si Margot!"
"Pare ibibigay ko yung address pero huwag mo sasabihin ako nagbigay sa yo ha?"

Yaya Mercy stood up and went to the farthest corner of the recievibg area trying to busy herself with the magazine on the table. Ganayan sana lahat ng kasama sa bahay alam rumespeto sa amo. I know she wanted to know about September pero may boss pa din siyang kasama. Alam niya ang lugar niya.
"Rafa, look I'm sorry sa plane why I did not have the courage to talk to you. You probably know why."
"Yeah naiintindihan ko. But right now, I know you jave communications with September and I would like to know where will she be going when she arrives here in the Philippines?"
"Alam mona uuwi sila?"
"Oo. I had her followed sa Rome and they told me she's coming home. So I want to know where they are going."
