Chapter Fourty: I'm here

Jung Mi's POV
The door opened, and revealed the person that I wanted to see so badly.

"I'm"
I cut the person off as I ran right straight to his embrace,
"I-I thought you were gone."

I cried out loud on his chest,
"I thought you don't remember me anymore!"

He rubbed circles on my back, cooing me and calming me down.
He released me from his embrace and held me tight. He wiped away my salty tears and kissed my eyes,
"Your eyes are swollen, don't cry now. I'm right here."
I held back my tears.

He pats my head,
"I'm right here Junggie."

Tae smiled as he lets go,
"I bought banana milk."
He held up the plastic bag he had from the convenience store.

Taehyung carried me in bridal style to the couch, and we both sat there.

I was really happy inside when I saw banana milk so I went to grab it, but Taehyung didn't give me it.
"Hey who said its for you?"
He naughtily smirk.

"Yah give me the banana milk."
I reach out for the banana milk but his hands were to long.  

"I'll give you it, one condition."
He crossed his arms.
"Aegyo."

Noooo not that again.
"Hey Tae, can't you change the condition-"
"No."

I sadly pout. Why does life have to go like this.
"T-TaeTae"
I look down on my lap.
"Can't you give me one?"
I look up to him as I pout.

He instead give me a instant peck on my lips, and my heart fluttered.

I look down, as I blushed.
Tae took the banana milk out of the bag, and poked it with a straw, handed it to me.

I glanced at him shyly, and sipped my drink.

6:54am
"Y-You go first."
I was standing in front of the school entrance, early with Taehyung.

No one was there yet, we were the first ones.

He leaned against the wall,
"We are the first ones anyways, even if I go in first, you are still in the school with me alone together."

I remembered that I was also alone with Taehyung last time I was in school early with my locker totally wrecked.

Im Na managed to catch me talking to Taehyung, and she even accused me of dating him..

Taehyung came to me and held my hand and smiled,
"Nothing will happen. Remember that you're my real girlfriend."

I huffed out a breath, maybe he is right. It's my chance to prove myself that I'm really Taehyung's real girlfriend instead of his crazy fan or something.

I intertwined my hands with his, and walked in school smiling.

"What can we do in this big school field?"
Taehyung lied down on the grassy green field.

He suddenly rolled around at the field like a crazy person. I started laughing at him, and he gave me a mischievous smirk.

Tae tried to pull me but I was fast enough to avoid his pull to the ground.

He put his hands on his waist after standing up.
"Yah, stop being so fast."

I chuckled, and he started chasing me around the field, just to catch me.

I can hear the happy laughter of the orange haired boy, chasing me while I was laughing.

I was out of breath, so I lost to him. He captured me with his two big arms hugging from the back of my tiny body,
"I finally got you."

His chuckle was a joyful one, as if it's like a baby who was with his mother.

Not saying that I'm his mother though.

We sat on the grassy field, waiting for the sun to come out.

That reminds me.. did Taehyung tell his hyungs about his memories?
"Tae,"

He looked at me with his beautiful dark brown eyes,
"Hm?"

"Did you tell your hyungs about your memories?"

He scooted closer to me,
"I didn't. But Jimin knows about it. I'll tell them later about, cause they'll probably freak out. Especially Jin hyung."

I laughed,
"I agree."

I saw students coming in the school one by one, I think we should stay away from each other.
"Tae, the students are coming."

"That's great, I want them to know about-"

"B-But Tae, I'm not ready for it yet.."

After my sentence, he frowned a little.

"Well uh- I mean that you haven't settle things with Im Na yet. You guys are still a 'couple' in school."
I didn't dare to look at him, so I looked down.

Silence occurred for 10 seconds.

"Jung Mi."
He called my name, with his deep, soothing voice.
"Look at me."

I slowly looked up, having the fear of being him furious.

I closed my eyes, I don't want to see his frown and disappointment.

But instead, he gave me a kiss on the forehead, which made me open my eyes.
"I'll deal with Im Na first, I have a way to stop her evil deeds."

"But how-"

"Don't worry. I won't let her hurt you again."
He gave me an assuring smile, which made my heart warm.

Taehyung suddenly started to whine,
"Ahhh~ But we just got here..."
He pouted cutely,
"Hehe, cant we kiss one more time Junggie?"

I gave him a 'no', and teased him. Gosh he's so cute.

"At least on the cheek?"

I rolled my eyes, this kid is too cute.

I hugged him, and kissed him on the cheek.

He chuckled and let go.
"I'll see you later."

"Me too."

Finally, my Taehyung is back again.
