Chapter 20

Sophia

My heart dropped, it might have as well jumped out of my chest. "What, no way" I said

"I'm sorry" the woman said, "we came to the conclusion-" I cut her off

"No, ill make a deal, how's that?" I said

The man spoke up this time, "you mean like the deal you made with Jared" he said

I shook my head no and waved my arm to brush off that idea, "no, a different one" I said

"Were listening" the woman said

"If I prove I can show that I have good intentions then you let me live, but if I don't you bring me back" I said

They looked at each other, the woman shrugged, and the man turned back to me "5 days" he said

"W-what?" I questioned

"You have 5 days to prove it, if not I'm bringing you back no matter what you say. Dying the second time won't be as painless, imagine someone ripping your inside from your body because that is what it feels like when I rip your soul from your body" he explained

I jumped at them and brought them in a big hug, "you wont have to worry about that, ill show you" I said stepping back from the hug

The woman smiled and touched my forehead with her index finger. I felt my body go limp and heard her "may you be reborn as a Vampire" she said just before I felt heavy

I then suddenly could hear a heart beat. Scrunching my eyes I finally got them open, I saw a white celing above me. I turned my head to the right and saw Javiare looking at me wide eyed, I felt the tears come as I jumped into his arms. I leaned back and our faces were so close I could feel his breath. He leans for ward and so did I. Conecting our lips I felt the electricity flow through me, I quickly leaned back and looked at him breathless, "whoa" I said between breaths

"I can't believe it" he said, "its true"

"What is?" I asked sitting on the bed "and what happened?"

He just smiled and shook his head, "your beautiful" he said. "And alive" he then leaned forward bringing our lips together

I felt the electricity between us, wherever our skin touched tingles were left in its wake. I feel back on the bed as he jumped on top of me, holding himself up by his arms. We parted breathless, he looked down at me and was startled a bit. "Oh, right" he said to himself standing up straight

I watched him, and suddenly felt an urge to bite him, "you need blood" he said

" I need what?" I asked

"Blood" he said rolling up his sleeves, "you can take some of mine" he held out his arm for me, his veins standing out to me

I started leaning twoards his arm when I felt  a sharp pain in my mouth, my hand covered my mouth and I felt two new teeth. Fangs more like, these were my fangs. I looked up at him, he shrugged, "you need it, I honestly don't mind" he said

"No, I don't want to hurt you" I said still covering my mouth

Javiare kneeled in fromt of me taking my hand away from my mouth with his hand, "listen, if you don't drink now you might fall and lose control. If that happens, you'll go on a rampage and drink anybody close to you dry until your full" he explained "so, to not let that happen, your going to drink my blood" he held out his arm for me again but brought it closer than before

I looked at his arm then back to him, " will you please tell me if you want me to stop, or if it gets to weird. Just let me know if I'm takeing too much" I told him

He nodded then brought his arm to my lips, I opened my mouth and plunged the fangs into his arm. I felt a warm liquid in my mouth, it became the best thing I've ever had. After a few moments I forced myself to back away, letting go of Javiares arm he looked at me mad, "you need more" he said

I shook my head no and whipped my mouth as I felt the blood on my face. I looked at his arm and saw blood start to rise in the two holes I made in his arm. I pulled his arm to my lips and licked off the remaining blood, I pulled his sleeve down, "no, im fine for now. The craving went away"

He made a hard face, "as soon as we get back from dinner your drinking more" he told me

I sighed and flopped back onto the bed, "ok, where are we anyway?" I asked

Javiare jumped on the bed next to me, "well, remember Caitlyn?" He asked

"Uh, yeah" I said, she was the girl we saved

"Well, this is her pack, and apparently she is the alphas daughter, so they invited us to dinner. I tried to say no, but they persisted, someone should be by soon to get us" he said

I nodded, "ok, so what kind of clothes did you bring for us?" I asked

He pointed to a bag on the floor, "over there, I picked a random bag of mine, but your clothes are not in it. Well have to go back to the car" he said

I sat up, "ok, and also, were a thing now right?" I asked...
