Chapter 14 - Spending Time With My Niece And Nephew

***Jacob's POV***(SURPRISE)
I'm surprising my sister today she hasn't seen me since she hasn't seen me since they got Maddie bc I live 4 hours away so I got up and got dressed and left to soph's house
***Sophia's POV***
I woke up and got dressed in this

I do my hair like this

After I look over to the bed and Lucas and he was still sleeping I hear Maddie starting to cry I walk to her room "hey babygirl what's wrong why are u crying mommy's here" I say to her I pick her up and lay her down on the changing table and change her diaper then I go to her closet to see if she had anything cute to wear I fought a cute onesie that said 'I woke up like this #flawless' and it had a black and gold bow I also got her leg warmers and I grabbed everything and put it on her I got picked her up and put her in the baby wrap carrier and let her latch on and nurse while I go get Asher ready since he's still sleeping I go to his closet and look for something cute for him to wear I found his onesie that was talking about Maddie's onesie it said 'You did not wake up like that' I put his onesie on the changing table and go to his crib and pick him up and take him to the changing table and change his diaper and put him in his outfit with black pants and a white hat

After I got him dressed I put him with Maddie and let him nurse after a few minor of Asher nursing mads finished I take her out and get her side of my shirt fixed and then walked to my room I put Maddie on Lucas's chest and he tried picking her head up put it kept falling back down she finally give up and started to cry and Lucas woke up and and sat up holding her he picked her up to where she could see him and he held her head and she looked at him and he smiled and made funny faces at her and she giggle Asher finished and I take him off of me and lay him on the bed and start playing with him after a little bit we go downstairs and to the living room and lay a blanket down and and lay the twins on it and put toys on it and me and Lucas start playing with them
*An hour later*
I hear the doorbell ring Lucas get up and gets it
***Lucas's POV***
I answer the door and see Jacob "hey dude what are u doing here" I ask "hey I just came to see the twins and surprise soph she doesn't know I'm here" he says I nod and tell him to follow me we walk to the living room soph is turned around where her back is facing me Jacob walked up behind her and hugged her from the back "hey sissy did u miss me I missed u and now I see u have beautiful twins they look like y'all" he says soph turned around and gasped and looked at me "did u know he was coming" she asked I shake my head no she just hugs him Maddie starts to cry so I go and pick her up and take her to her playpen and then grab Asher and take him to his playpen I change both of their diapers and go to the kitchen to get them a bottle and warm it up after I get the bottles warmed up I get Asher and put him in his swing and let it rock at a medium speed and fold up one of the receiving blankets and put it on his chest and get his bottle and put it in his mouth and set it on the blanket and do the same for Maddie but Maddie won't take the bottle and starts crying even more so I pick her up thinking she wants to be held rn I try to give her the bottle again but she still won't take it Ivan comes downstairs I forgot that he was even here now I feel bad but he comes downstairs and to the living room "can I try and see if she'll let me" he asks and I nod I look over and see Soph and Jake looking at me and Ivan Soph smiles and looks at me and she makes a kissing face I laugh and look at Ivan "hey babygirl it's okay I got u are u hungry" he asked he looks at me "can I get her bottle please" he asks "sure" I say and hand him the bottle he puts the nipple in Maddie's mouth and she cries more I hate seeing her like this and since I gave her the bottle with a bag so he pushes the bag some and she tastes the milk and she stops crying and starts sucking on it and she closed her eyes "lay back some Lucas and Sophia can u hand me her blanket that I got her and her stuffie and her dummy please" he asked I lay back on the couch and he placed Maddie on my chest and held the bottle for me I gave it back to her he put her blanket over her and gave her her stuffie and handed me her dummy and went upstairs to go back to sleep bc it's still early for him after Maddie's finished with her bottle I burp her and pick her up

"Do u want to hold her now" I asked Jacob and he sticks his hands in "oh I forgot I had these in my pocket there for Maddie and soph" he says and pulls out for anklets

He puts both Maddie's on and takes her from me I smile and look at Sophia the rest of the day was a blur bc I was to focused on the twins they were giggling and squealing it was so cute at one point we had the twins laying on the floor and they were like talking to each other and since they were side by side Maddie was basically hugging Asher it was so cute and then we basically did nothing but play and feed them and give them baths after that we all went to bed
