Chapter 16 - Caleb and The Twins First Thanksgiving

***Lucas's POV***
I woke up and remembered that it's Thanksgiving and now we have three kids so this should be fun I get up and get ready and then go get Maddie I get to her crib and she's still sleeping so I go to her closet I get her Thanksgiving outfit that says 'My First Thanksgiving' and looks like this

After I get Maddies outfit I get her out of her crib and give her a nice warm bath and dressed and give her her red and white stripe dummy stuffie after I get her dressed and take her to Sophia then go to Asher's room and to his closet and get out this onesie

I get him dressed and then take him to Sophia then get Caleb and dress him in the same thing and take him downstairs and to the kitchen I sit him his high chair and give him some fruit and milk after that we all just hang out and wait until the whole gang and family are here and Jake Erika and Tessa and team 10 are all here helping us Jake and Erika basically kidnapped Maddie from us bc they have had her all day and been playing with her and Maddie enjoys the attention after alittle of Jake Erika and Maddie playing and all Jake comes up to me "Do u mind if I get her two husky puppies since she's basically my child now I want to spoil her" he says/asks I nod my head and goes I guess getting the husky puppies now bc he goes and gets Erika and they go and soph who was standing right next to me "hey soph can we kidnap Maddie for a little bit" he asks soph nods "yea u can just bring her back I want my baby back and plus she's breastfed so u are gonna have to bring her back but u have to take Ivan to he knows what to do if anything happens with her" soph says they look at me and I nod saying that they can they grab maddie
***Erika's POV***(SURPRISE)
After Lucas and Sophia said we can take Maddie for the day and get her two husky puppies for her I was so happy and since Jake loves Maddie so much he got a carrier for her when we take her with us somewhere soph packs a diaper bag for her and Jake goes and gets her carrier from the car

I put Maddie in the carrier and then grab her diaper bag from Sophia "Ivan get down here or we will leave without u" I yell and Ivan comes running down he picks up Mads's carrier and puts her in the car and we get in and we are off to the pet store
***time skip to the pet store***
We get to the pet store and get out and walk to the store Jake gets a buggy and we sit Maddie's carrier in it with her diaper bag we walk into the store and from the loud noise Ivan picks her up and she stops crying "how may I help u" the store clerk asks us checking me out "yes we are looking for husky puppies" I say and he nods "and I'm her husband so back off dude" jake says I laugh "its fine" I say to the clerk and he nods and takes us to the husky puppies I see two that are like twins and are boy and girl but the are in the corner and they look scared "Ivan put her down in the corner next to those two and wait a little bit and then go and pick her up again" I say pointing to the corner and he does and the two little puppies go and guard her and when the other puppies want to lick her and all they growl after a little bit Ivan goes to pick her up and they growl and Ivan keeps going to get her and the boy puppy tries to bit Ivan but since he didnt have sharp teeth yet it didnt hurt Ivan so he picked her up and put her in her carrier and buckles her up "we will take those two" I say and point to the two husky puppies we buy them and get there stuff and I text Sophia

E-hey we got two husky puppies and they are very protective of her so u might want to set them up in her room
S-okay we will what are their names
E-Sky and Bullet

We get everything thing for them and put the puppies in the buggy with Maddie and Sky goes straight into Maddie's carrier and lays beside Maddie while Bullet protects her carrier its so cute
*time skip to at the house*
We get back to the house and we walk in the whole way here bullet was on the floor beside Maddie's carrier and sky was in Maddie's carrier we get here and bullet walks beside Maddie's carrier that ivan is carry and sky stay in her carrier we get inside and we walk to maddies playpen and bullet lays beside Maddie's playpen and we take Maddie out while we sat her carrier inside her playpen and sky jumps out and lays in Maddie's playpen I pick Maddie up and take her carrier out of the playpen and lay her on the changing table and change her diaper and then lay her in her playpen and sky crawls to her and lays beside her the rest of us walk to the kitchen and say a prayer and start eating after we finish eating we go to the living room where Maddie and the puppies are and they still haven't moved its so cute
***Lucas's POV***
I walk to Maddie and go to pick her up and sky I guess noticed I was there and growled at me and so did bullet I pick Maddie up and take her to Sophia and the puppies follow me I give her to Sophia and bullet lays beside Sophia's feet and sky jumps on the couch and lays her head on Sophia's lap and Sophia takes Maddie's blanket and covers her up and let's Maddie nursing it was getting time for the game so we all sat down and watched the game
