The star that the Blue Fairy comes from in Pinocchio, the star that leads to Neverland in Peter Pan, and the star that's "Evangeline" all seem to be the same one. This seems to mean that the Blue Fairy is either from Neverland, or, perhaps given her apparent role as the supreme force of good in the world, she even created Neverland itself.
