Lance and Allura walked into the main room smiling as they chatted. He'd trained and gained a little control over his altean form. With a new found ease, He took his usual seat in the dining hall.

"Morning lovelys," he cooed begining to eat. His glasses slipped down his nose so he calmly pushed them back up.

It was silent. Everybody seemed deep in thought. Lance gazed lazily around the room before noticing Pidge wasn't there. "Where's little pidgeon?" he asked hoping for someone to break the silence.

"I think she's still sleeping." Hunk told him softly shovelling a new spoonful of goo into his mouth.

"Why's everybody so silent this morning. Paladins are you alright?" Allura inquired placing her hands in her lap.

"I'm still trying to make out the details from when we got turned into kids. and then there was the whole... Other situation." Keith grumbled shaking his head as he furrowed his eyebrows. Pictures of him and lance hugging, or lance in a moth suit flashed inside his mind. Stirring up more questions then answers.

"Same," Hunk smiled. "I remember pretty much everything now. I think," he looked between Lance a smug smile on his face.

"I finished a little extra training this morning so I'm kinda sore. " shiro said giving him a strong smile.

"Maybe you should try it Lance." keith snickered out of habit. Regret almost immediately crowding his features.

Lance moved to stand up trying not to show Keith that his comment hurt, " I-I'm going to go check on Pidge." he told everyone not bothering to snark back. Before he left he grabbed a bowl of goo and a spoon. She's probably hungry. He told himself.

He walked down the hall hesitating when hunk whispered, "Dude Lance does extra training. Just not during the day like you. Why do you think he can sleep through the castles blaring alarm system. He wakes up at like midnight earth Time and trains for hours."

Lance propelled himself down the corridor until he came across His friends room. He knocked, " Pidge, are you awake?" muffled grunts clawed through the metal. "I have food!" at this the door opened and he walked in careful not to touch anything.

Pidge sat back down at her desk looking up at the taller boy. "What's good sheep boi?" she giggled typing something into a code box.

"I just wanted to bring you something to eat." He smiled handing her the bowl and a glass of water.

She turned away from the screen smiling widely as her stomach groaned."Thanks!" she said through a mouthful of goo.

"So what are you working on now?" Lance asked looking over the screen. Next the computer a series of leters and numbers was scrawled out on paper. He read aloud, "52g7xjl981."

"Yeah its something i got from a galra ship. Its coordinates to all of my families current and past placements. I'm so close but not one of the sequences I've tried work." she put the empty bowl to the side. "And the only instructions are gallric!" she sighed upset and sad. It seemed like she had stayed up all night trying possibility after possibility. Dark bags cutting hauntingly under her sweet brown eyes.

The whole time Lance said nothing just stared at the screen. "Pidge do i have permission to for once touch your tech." he asked. The mental gears turning quickly in his head.

She hesitated. "I want to check something."he whispered taking a couple steps closer.

She nodded. Scooting over so lance and her could share the seat. "Well," he began. slender fingers tapping gently on her keys. "I noticed certain words above the code box were altean. So using that as a refrence I'll run this whole page through a translator that converts Gallric to Altean. Now it says your insert must be only five characters."
