4 More Months

Brendon's Point of view:

Sarah's due date is in 4 months. November. I'm so excited. It's been a week since Tyler and Josh came over that day and all has been well. Sarah and I got dressed and ready and decided to go out to breakfast.

Time skip to breakfast.

We sat in the booth and looked at the menus we were given. I decided on pancakes and so did Sarah.

"Hey Sarah?"

I asked.

"Yeah?"

She replied.

"Do you think...we'll...be together, forever?"

I asked reaching for her hand.

"Of course we will Brendon. Why do you ask?"

She replied taking my hand.

"I just-I dunno...it seems like people say they'll be together forever and then they don't stay together."

I replied.

I have no idea where all of this was coming from.

"Well we're different. I can tell we'll be together forever."

Sarah kissed the back of my hand and I smiled.

"I agree."

I said.

The waitress came and took our orders.

"Just needed some reassurance?"

Sarah asked and I nodded.

"So, I have an appointment later today for the baby."

She said changing the subject.

"I remembered, we should start heading to the hospital after breakfast."

I said with a smile.

Sarah nodded in agreement.

The waitress came with our food and we ate.

Time skip to after the appointment/Sarah's Point of view:

I sat on the couch and looked out the window watching the rain hit the ground. I love rain.

"What are you looking at?"

Brendon whispered in my head before joining me on the couch.

"The rain. It's beautiful."

I said with a smile.

"I know you are."

Brendon said kissing my cheek.

"Slick."

I said smirking.

Brendon laughed softly.

"Kiss me."

He whispered.

I cupped his cheeks with my hands and looked at his for a moment before connecting our lips. His hands touched my cheeks as our lips moved in sync. He pulled me closer and I never wanted him to let go.

"You're the love of my life Brendon..."

I whispered.

Brendon looked at me and his whole face lit up with happiness. I itched the back of my neck.

"And you're the love of mine Sarah."

He replied softly.

"You make me happy."
