He holds you close, never letting go. His favorite thing to do is hold you and give you light kisses on your forehead as you both doze off. You fall asleep to the sound of his heartbeat as he plays with your hair.
Cisco Ramon:

Your legs would be intertwined, your back against Cisco's chest leaving barley any space between both of your bodies. His face will be buried in your hair as he hugs you from behind. Even asleep, you get endless hugs and cuddles from Cisco.
Wally West:

You're all tangled, arms and legs wrapped around each other while your faces face each other. Your faces are so close you can feel his warm breath on your face, which is not ideal in the morning. On the plus side, each morning he wouldn't have to even move to kiss you because you'd be right there.

Harry wasn't one for PDA, even if it was just you two alone. However, Harry always had to be close to you, touching you. He's gotten so used to your presence, he can hardly sleep when you're not there.

He'd have his arm around you protectively while you rest his head on your chest. Any time you would stir in your sleep, his arm would tighten around you. He'd always try to protect you, even when you both were asleep because you're the best thing that has happened to him in his crazy life.
