Chapter 5

Malia's pov

We were driving to the pack and they told me about how the pack changed after my parents died and stuff. How the rules changed. I don't even remember the rules so it was new to me.

After an hour of driving we got to Willow Creek. We got off and I saw people walking around kids playing so I knew we were at the pack house of course since its like a big mansion. We walked inside and Anthony and Aaron showed me my room. Marcus went to go do something real quick I just ignored it.

"So do you like it" Aaron said and I looked around the room it was big and white it's was pretty. It was probably as big as my apartment.

"I like it" I said and smiled

"Good" Anthony said they put my bags down and I jumped on the bed. It was comfortable and soft. I rolled around in it and the boys laughed.

"What" I said and smiled

"We did the same thing" Aaron said

"Oh" I said and chuckled. I got up and looked out of the window. I saw all the trees and the grass and the dirt. My wolf was scratching to get out and run around.

"Can I go run" I said

"Sure we will go with you" Aaron said and I nodded we ran downstairs and ran to the woods a few seconds later we jumped and shifted into our wolves. We stopped and I looked at them they were trying to do something and I felt something pushing itself in my brain. It was weird I didn't know what it was. It kept pushing and pushing until I let it in.

'Stubborn much?' Aaron said and I jumped back and I heard them laugh

'How can I hear you?' I said

'Its called mind link' Anthony said

'Anyways your wolf did you know they are rare?' Aaron said and I shook my head.

'Black wolves with bright silver glowing eyes are rare and when they come out they are usually destined to be an Alpha or a Luna they are like royalty kind of everyone respects them cause of their kind hearts and bright minds and the fact that when they fight they are deadly. They are really brave and noble even vampires have this feeling to protect them. The last one to be seen was an alpha of this pack his name was Kyle Parks he is your great great great grandpa I think' Anthony said I was mind blown. Me. Royalty. Pft I beg to differ. Wait. Is this why Jordan has a feeling he needs to protect me. Well shit.

'Well now that I know that can we run I haven't done this in a while' I said and they nodded we took off and it felt great. I let my wolf come out more and take over. The feeling of when your running in your wolf it's a rush. The adrenaline the fun the excitement. It's amazing. The smell of fresh grass and the bark on trees is amazing.

We got to a river and drank from it. We took a break and played around for a bit. After a while we went back to the pack house. When we showed up everyone looked at me Anthony and Aaron. They looked shocked then they got on one knee and bowed.

'Told you' Aaron said they went behind a tree and shifted and put clothes on they brought me some sweatpants and a shirt and put it behind a tree. I went behind the tree and shifted then put the clothes on. I walked out and everyone gasped.

"What's going on?" Marcus said walking out and he looked at me.

"She is the black wolf!" Someone said and Marcus widened his eyes.

"Really?" He said and I nodded

"Everyone go back to doing what you were doing!" Marcus said and they did.

"How come you didn't tell me you were a black wolf?" He said

"Your forgetting I barley know any wolf things considering I have been gone for 7 almost 8 years so you expect me to know that" I said

"Right um Aaron Anthony were heading to Silver Creek tomorrow so get your things ready" Marcus said

"How long are we going" Aaron said

"A week" he said and I widened my eyes

"So I just get here and you leave that's great" I said

"Malia your going" Marcus said and I crossed my arms.

"Make it clear next time" I said and smiled and I walked to my room.

I layed on my bed and grabbed my phone and called Eve.

Eve-tell me about it!

I laughed she was such a girl.

Me-turns out I'm royalty my wolf is a rare breed my wolf is black and has silver eyes and they are pretty respected around here so I went from living in secret among the humans and then turned into werewolf royalty within hours only certain girls get that

Eve-holy shit my bestfriend is a fucking queen to wolves

Me-not a queen just well respected

Eve- yeah okay and um Jordan has been you know barking up my tree for a certain number

Me-just give it to him vampires they have this need to protect black wolves it's like they are so attached to them that they do anything to help keep me safe that's probably what he wants and why he thinks he likes me but doesn't

Eve-so it was miscommunication

Me-exactly

Eve-ohh okay well I'll give him your number don't worry

Me-alright well I got to go I have a big day tomorrow I'm going to another pack for a week with my twin and the other twins so you know it's a twin thing

She laughed and I joined her

Eve-hey be safe Okay?

Me-always eve

Eve-love you Malia

Me-love you eve

I hung up and I put my phone on the charger then went to take a quick shower. After I got out I wrapped myself in a towel and went to grab clothes.

"Hey Malia- OH GOD I AM SO SORRY" I heard I turned around and saw Aaron and I laughed.

"Aaron I am in a towel" I said he moved his hand from his eyes and covered them again.

"Its weird" he said and I chuckled and walked to him and moved his hand away from his eyes.

"What do you need to tell me" I said

"Um I uh I needed to um-" I cut him off

"Eyes are up here" I said and he looked at me.

"Sorry" he said and blushed

"Tell me instead of saying gibberish" I said

"Right um we are leaving at noon so be downstairs at 9 a.m. so we can eat and then leave" he said and I nodded

"Alright" I said then he walked out and I grabbed my clothes and got dressed. When I finished I layed down and slowly drifted to sleep.
