Malia's pov
"My last relationship it um it really sucked and ended badly and I don't like talking about it and maybe one day I will but right now I can't and I need time to actually trust you" I said and he looked down and sighed.
"I understand I just want you to know whatever he did I wouldn't do that to you and you have my word on that sunshine" he said and smiled after that he got up and he left. I needed to go on a run so I changed into a sports bra and spandex and ran downstairs. I walked to the trail Jeremy and Sam told me about. I started to run then I jumped into the air and shifted then kept running. I let my wolf take over and I let her out.
After about an hour of running I felt so much better like I had no worry in my head. I got back to the pack house and everyone looked at me. I saw Marcus, Aaron, Anthony, Jeremy, Sam, and mason walking out and they looked it me. Everyone started to bow and Aaron grabbed a blanket walked over and covered me. I shifted back and covered myself and everyone gasped including mason Jeremy and Sam.
"Your a black wolf" Sam said and I nodded mason sent everyone back to what they were doing and walked over.
"Now I know what makes you so special" mason said and smiled
"I um I should get dressed" I said and went to my room. I put on a black crop top with some ripped blue jean shorts. I tied a flannel around my waist and put converse on. I put my hair up in a messy bun and then grabbed my phone. After all of that I went downstairs and sat at a table and Sam and Jeremy walked up to me.
"Yes" I said and smiled
"Someone came to visit" Sam said and smiled i turned around and saw Jordan. I squealed and ran to him and jumped on him and hugged him.
"Your here!" I said and he chuckled
"Course I am it's like my job to help protect you" he said and I got off him and pulled away from the hug.
"Wait what are you doing here" I said
"I missed you and I do have this urge to protect you sooooo" he said dragging out the "o".
"Well perfect because there is a party in about two hours" I said and smiled
"Great come on I wanted to take you on a walk" he said and I nodded we walked out and went into the woods.
"So what happened today tell me about it" he said and looked at me
"What do you mean" I said
"Marcus called me Malia he would've called eve but she's human and everyone would go crazy with a human here so they called me so tell me what it is that's bothering you" he said and I looked around and I sniffed the air to make sure no one was here and I sighed.
"Eve is the only person that knows this" I said and he nodded
"When I was 14 going on 15 I met this guy he was sweet nice and everything a girl wants. I met him while he was "helping people" with some stuff his name was Roger Godell he made me feel safe we went out for about four months and maybe halfway through that I found out that "helping people" was actually selling drugs. I didn't want to leave him so I told him I wanted to help and in order to help i needed to speak his language. He spoke Czech and English. Anyways on my birthday it all went downhill." I said and I felt the lump in my throat.
"Hey it's okay I'm here you can tell me" Jordan said and gave me a small smile. I took a deep breath and let it out.
"He um invited me to his house and stuff then he started to touch me. I told him I wasn't comfortable but he didn't listen. When I refused again he slammed me against the wall and I went unconscious. When I woke up I felt groggy he was gone so I tried to get up but I couldn't i-" I cut myself off and a sob came out. I wiped my tears and he rubbed my arm and calmed me down a bit.
"My pelvic area hurt bad but I did my best and got up when I looked at the bed I saw blood I looked my the bed and saw a condom and I had no pants on so I put it together on what he did." I said and he widened his eyes.
"He raped me" I said and I cried hard and he hugged me.
"Hey he can't get you anymore mason isn't like that he's a way better person than that Roger guy is okay please don't let that get to you because it's letting him get the satisfaction of having that power over you malia don't let him win" he said and I nodded
"I'll try" I said and he rubbed my back and let me cry it out.
"Your strong Malia for moon goddess sake your a black wolf!" He said and I smiled and he wiped my tears.
"Thank you" i said
"Anytime malia" Jordan said we started to walk back when we heard a noise. It was a weird noise like a twig cracking but more louder. It was weird I couldn't explain it. I looked at Jordan and my wolf was on high alert. We started to walk again and then we smelled rogues. The stench made me want to vomit.
"Why are you here" Jordan said and They stayed quiet. Something was wrong it was weird the whole thing wad weird. They started walking then as i moved back i felt something enter my neck and after that I saw nothing but darkness.
