Chapter 23

Malia's pov

Jeremy went up to Sams office and looked through while I stayed with Sam.

"So what's up malia" Sam said

"Nothing I was just wondering if Roger said anything or did anything when I was asleep" I said and he looked at me.

"Um no not that I remember" he said

"He told me that someone was watching me kind of creeped me out but you know I would hang their pelt over my fire place" I said and I heard his heart start beating fast.

"You okay" I said

"Yeah I um need to get something from my office" he said and I stopped him.

"Good I'll go with you" I said

"No it's okay" he said and I shook my head.

"Nonsense I'm going" I said and we walked to his office.

'Jeremy get out of the office we are coming' I said linking him

'Malia I found something and you are not gonna like it' he said

'Take it to masons house tell mason to stop the party and send everyone home' I said

'Okay' he said

We got to Sams office and we walked in and Jeremy was gone. I could smell his scent but it was faint.

Sam walked to his desk and opened his drawers and started panicking.

"What's wrong" I said

"Nothing um I guess I left it at home" he said and smiled and I nodded. We walked downstairs and everyone was gone so Sam went home. I took off back home and saw mason, eve, Jordan, and Jeremy.

"What is it jeremy what did you find" I said

"Files um here you go" Jeremy said

"You have a connection with Allison from kenakki pack." Mason said

"A connection what kind of connection" I said

"Allison knew your mom and dad she passed through willow creek four years before you and Marcus were born and she kept in contact with them and we think she might know who took Marcus and who could be looking for him and we think that who ever took eve was the same person who took marcus" Jeremy and I growled

"I want that bitches pelt over my fire" I said

"Sam wasn't helping Roger he was helping keep Marcus and eve safe. He's looking for the hybrid that took Marcus and eve." Mason said

"But a hybrid didn't take Marcus it was my grandma" I said and they shook their head

"No see we looked into that and your grandparents are halfway across the world and have been for 10 years Marcus didn't say anything about being over there" Jeremy said and I shook my head.

"What the hell does this bitch want" I said

"Me and Marcus. And if she took us once she's gonna do it again" eve said

"Allison and Lucas and their kids are coming so tomorrow I'll ask Allison." I said and they nodded. Everyone slept over and I was so confused. While everyone slept I looked at the files.

Allison's parents are dead and they have been for about 22 years.

Allison's pack is full of hybrids she's a hybrid her son Kai is a hybrid her friends Damien and Chris are hybrids. Her great great great great great grandfather is a hybrid who was brought back to life from Damien who is weirdly and witch and werewolf crazy I've never heard of them. So she has a lot of hybrids there then she knows the ancient vampires apparently they run all the vampires. Their names are Roland, Rita, Victor, and Nicholas. Oldest vampires if course. They had another brother named Rick but he killed hybrids because he couldn't stand someone more powerful than him. His name was Rick. Allison killed him though because he hurt Lucas and just a bunch of stuff.

Allison knew this girl named lacey and laceys mate sonny. Lacey is a old werewolf who could literally torture the truth out no matter who it was or how trained or loyal they were. Lacey knew my parents because they hired her to find Marcus. She tortured a lot of people to find him but they were all dead ends. My parents never gave up. But then they "died" and lacey lost all her information and the list of names so she stopped.

Lacey was so close to knowing who the hybrid was though. It's like they took my parents just in time. Then it all clicked into my head.

The guy who took my parents took my parents because they were close to finding the hybrid. She hired the guy to torture them and Roger knew him. Roger knew the guy and knew my parents were alive but never told me. So Roger knew who the hybrid was. That means if Roger knew that means he worked for her.

"Why are you awake" I heard I turned around and saw mason.

"I know who the hybrid is and I know who her next target is. I know her next move and I know how she plays. Thing is the target they are on the way here" i said

"It's one of her kids?" Mason said

"Catch us up then?" Jeremy said walking in with eve and Jordan.

"When I was ten my parents were taken remember and everyone thought they were dead." I said and they nodded

"Okay well Allison knows this girl her name is lacey she basically tortures people for information and she never fails. My parents hired lacey to find Marcus and when lacey was close to finding out the hybrid hires the guy to kidnap and torture my parents the way lacey tortures people for information which makes sense on why he didn't kill us." I said

"He was getting revenge for the people lacey tortured" Jeremy said and I nodded

"So "killing" my parents made lacey stop looking cause she had no more names the list was gone so she stopped. During that time when I was in anchorage I met Roger remember he works for the drug cartel?" I said and they nodded

"The person that ran the cartel was a hybrid vampire and werewolf. Most of the people working there were werewolves or vampires. Roger told me stories about her how she always got what she wanted no matter what it took. I didn't meet Roger by coincidence he was there to watch me to make sure I never find out that's how he knows everything about me. He watched me the whole time. Which means the hybrid knows where Marcus and eve are I just don't know what she's waiting for. But I know her. I know her patterns her pattern is the same with every single thing from taking people to the drugs they are the same she kills for drugs and she kills for the kids she wants to take. It didn't work with eve so she put her with another family explaining your "aunt and uncle" so then she took Marcus then he failed so explains why he's back home. If it's not the perfect kid she don't want it. The thing is she's not going after kids anymore she's going for teenagers. Around my age. Meaning she could take either one of the twins or Allison's daughter." I said

"How do you know it's Allison's kids though" eve said

"Because she's going through people lacey knew. Lacey knew my parents she knew your parents and she knows Allison's parents but her parents are dead now since she's a mom she's going after her kids. I just don't know which once she's gonna go after" I said

"What's the hybrids name" Jeremy said

"It's......"
