Three weeks later Charlie never made it up to Joji, she hasn't even talked to him. She's been too busy with her boyfriend Rian. Joji doesn't like Rian too much, he's very controlling over Charlie. Whenever he tried telling Charlie that she would just deny it and say he was "just jealous".
Jealous was an understatement. Not letting her talk to any of her friends without him there seemed a little extreme, but all Joji could do was wait for Charlie to realize that.
Hopefully sooner than later.
