Not just about what I look like
But also about what I went through
Do you ever think about how deep are the scars you left
Not just that, you put my tears to an end
But also I felt like something inside me is dead
Do you ever think about how intense is the pain I go through
Not just about my fake smile
But also the emptiness hidden inside
Do you ever think about how you always told me you love me
Not just that, I even blieved it like a fool
But also not knowing how you were going to be heartlessly cruel
Do you ever think about the memories we shared
Not just the smiles and laughters and happiness
But also the cause of the pain in our eyes and our sadness
Do you ever think about how tiring was this journey of being broken again and again
Not just my heart, my trust and my esteem
But also the fear of being left alone is still at extreme
Do you ever think about the nights that to me feel so cold
Not just that, I remained awake all night and at the cieling I blankly stared
But also thinking about, ironically how I for myself didn't care
Do you ever think about how torturous it is when my thoughts go wild
Not just that, sometimes the sufferings get so immense
But also the darkness I am stuck in is blindingly dense
