Serena x Male reader (Pokémon X and Y)

Chapter 6

Serena's POV
After Clemont messed up at dancing, we had to dance with random people, when I was dancing with a random boy I looked over to see (Y/N) all nervous but doing really good, when we switch I try to make my way towards (Y/N), we see each other and he smiles and holds out his hand, I gladly take it, I'm finally dancing with my crush, I look over to see Evee dancing with (Y/N)'s Pikachu

(Y/N)'s POV
I'm finally dancing with Serena and my face is completely red, I'm incredibly nervous but I try to keep calm, I can see Clemont nervously dancing with another girl and Pikachu is dancing with Serena's Evee, I look down at Serena because I'm taller than her, we smile and suddenly I'm comfortable being in her gaze, we lean closer and closer to the point where our lips were about to touch but the lights come back on and the music ends, the man in charge says that the dance was over and thanked everyone for coming, I looked at Serena who was blushing, as was I, we got to keep the fancy clothing that we wore and we exited the building, we head for the nearest Pokémon center and Serena gets close to me, it was chilly, I hand her my jacket and she gets even closer, she grabs my arm and wraps it around her, she lays her head on my shoulder, we get to the Pokémon center and get into the rooms

Serena's POV
We almost kissed tonight, if that song lasted a little longer we would've been more than friends, I sit down by a nearby chair in Clemont and (Y/N)'s room, "Serena? Are you okay? You seen concerned about something" Clemont asks "Clemont, do you know anything about love?" I ask Clemont, "Not really, why?" Clemont asks, "Well, it's... (Y/N), I have... a crush on him and I don't know what to do about it" I explain, "Well I don't know much about love but I do know that he has feelings for" Clemont says, "R-really?" I ask, "I had this conversation with him a while back, he says he likes you and I always catch him staring at you and always trying to talk to you" he explains, "Wait, he told you he likes me!?" I ask astonished, "Yeah, he told me not to tell you" Clemont explains, "So all this time we've could've been together?" I ask, I needed to make sure that he wasn't pranking me or anything, "Yes" he says, I smack my forehead and grunt in frustration, "Don't worry about it, just tell him when he gets back" Clemont says, "Thanks Clemont" I say hugging him, I hear a knock and I immediately get nervous, (Y/N) walks in and his Pikachu plops down from his shoulder onto one of the beds, "I'll go check on Bonnie" Clemont says leaving the room, he whispers something to (Y/N), this is it, I need to say something now, "Oh, hey Serena" he says, "Did you enjoy the party?" I ask, "Yeah, well the parts when I wasn't with Miette" he explains, I giggle, "I understand that you just wanted to be with me and Clemont, I'm sorry I put you through that" I explain, "Don't be, it wasn't all bad, I got to dance with you" he says smiling, I begin to blush, "I'm glad I danced with you as well, but I wanted it to go on more, I know we see each other everyday and I like Clemont and Bonnie but I want to spend some time with just you and me" I explain

(Y/N)'s POV
"I feel the same, and about the thing you said back at the dance, you don't have to do anything for me, in fact I  owe you, I always drag you and Clemont and Bonnie to my gym battles and training but you put up with it" I explain, "I love watching you battle, you're so good at it, I'm surprised that you don't have a girlfriend by now" she says, "Well about that, I was wondering since we've been traveling together for a while and we've become really close, and I was wondering if you would like to do something that is just the two of us or something? Because I-I l-like you" I explain nervously, I think I just screwed myself

Serena's POV
There it is! He said it! But I'm going to pretend like I didn't know, I don't want him to think I'm stalking him or anything, "You... like me?" I ask, he nervously nods his head and he blushes, I immediately grab his head and kiss him on the lips, he immediately melts into the kiss, we break for air and both our faces are bright red, we both smile, "Is that a good reply?" I ask playfully, "I think you need to be more clearer" he replies playfully, I roll my eyes and kiss him again, I hug him and we end up lying in bed together, I cuddle up to him and wrap my arms around him, I lay my head on his chest and I fall asleep
