I know this is going to be different than in the series but I wanted to do it a different way

(Y/N)'s POV
After a really tough battle with Alain, Greninja managed to take out his Mega Charizard, that means that I was going to be battling the champion Diantha for the championship, and that realization hit me after meeting up with everyone, "What's wrong (Y/N)?" Clemont asks, "I've never gotten this far before! I'm so excited!" I say excitedly, "Remember, you're going to be battling the Champion, that's going to be your toughest battle yet" Brock says, "I've battled her before, and I did pretty good while it lasted" I explain, I passed out after using the (Y/N)-Greninja bond, but now that we've mastered that, we're ready for the rematch, "Congratulations on getting past the finals" a voice says, I look to see the champion Diantha, she smiles at me, "Wow!" Brock says, he gets on one knee in front of her, "You are the prettiest rose of all! Come with me and let me show your true beauty for all to see!" He says, "Some things never change" I say, suddenly Brock's Croagunk hits him with poison jab and drags him away, "What was that all about?" Serena asks, "That's normal for him" I say, "Are you ready for our battle?" Diantha asks, "Oh yeah!" I say, she grins, "Good, because I'm not going easy on you" Diantha says, "That's what I like to hear!" I say, "I'm looking forward to seeing how strong you are personally" she says, "You won't be disappointed" I reply, she walks away and I get pumped, "You need to be careful" Serena says, "Of course" I reply, "She's been undefeated for years, it's going to take a lot to defeat her" Clemont points out, "I've gotten so far, this is my chance! And I'm not letting this opportunity go to waste!" I explain, "We know you can do it!" Bonnie says, "You guys have been with me throughout this whole journey, and I can't thank you enough for that, so I'm gonna make sure that we end it off with a bang!" I say

Serena's POV
(Y/N) has been training with his Pokémon all day, they all had a look of determination as they pushed themselves to their limits, I've never seen (Y/N) so focused, I watch him as he motivates his Pokémon and helps them to be the best they can be, "(Y/N)'s determination never fails to impress me" Brock says, "Yeah" I say as I watch him dreamily, "You got great taste in boys Serena" Brock says, "Isn't he perfect?" I ask, "What will you do when he has to leave Kalos, the journey is almost over" Clemont says, I never thought about that, I was just focusing on being with him that I never stopped to think what we will do now when he has to leave, I don't want him to leave, I get a bit sad at that, "I-I never thought about that, I don't want him to leave" I say, "I'm sure you two can work something out" Clemont says, I look back at (Y/N) who was cheering his Pokémon on, I sigh and let out a small groan, I want to keep being with him, I don't want to do long distance, he's my happiness, he's why I've been able to do what I've done as a performer, his confidence and determination inspires me, and I don't want that to go away

(Y/N)'s POV
After our hard training, we feel like we are ready, today is the day we challenge Diantha for the championship, "Well guys, this is it, this is everything we've worked for, I can't thank you enough for being by side for all this time, and now we finally get the chance to show what we're truly made of!" I say, my Pokémon cheer, I put my hand out, the other Pokémon do the same to show teamwork, "Let's rock this place!" I yell
