Charlie's mom pulled up to the alley that Fulton liked to practice in. Charlie and I knew what was coming.

"Be careful mom you might get-"

Suddenly I saw a puck fly through the air and hit the windshield on the passenger side. 'Too late.' I thought to myself as Charlie finished his sentence.

"-hit." He sighed. "Don't worry about me mom. You're right as long as I got The Ducks, and Hayden, I should be able to handle this new school."

I opened the door and got out.

"That's my boy." She smiled at him.

"I'll make sure he stays out of trouble." I laughed.

"That's my girl."

Charlie's mom is like my second mom. We walked over to Fulton.

"Hey Fulton, you ever think about shooting back into the alley and not the street?" Charlie asked.

"Not really." He stated taking another shot, completely missing and hitting some ladies cat.

"Poor kitty." I frowned.

"I just found out Portman isn't coming. He's staying in Chicago. How uncool is that?"

"Oh you've gotta be kidding me."

"He's stay in Chicago! Why?"

"He found out Bombay bailed so he bailed too. What good is one Bash Brother? What am I now; Mr. Bash, The Bash Man." He took another shot, missing again. This time he hit Goldberg.

"Ow! Hey watch it. Jeez. That hurt."

"Sorry Goldberg."

"Oh no problem guys. Life isn't bad enough I gotta worry about be nailed off the ice too. Why am I always getting shot at?"

"You're a goalie dude deal." Fulton said bluntly.

"Yeah Goldberg you're supposed to be shot at." I said.

"Well put guys, that's real sensitive."

"You're welcome." We both smiled.

"Well lets go." Charlie said standing up. "We wouldn't want to keep the preppy snobs waiting."

I giggled and we went to get the others. Well everyone that's from the state of Minnesota, the other teammates were already dropped off at the Academy.

"Averman where are you taking us?"

"Okay everyone go right." Averman said.

We all turned right, except for Goldberg.

"I'm a goalie not a skater!" He yelled.

Charlie chased after him as the rest of us followed Averman. You would think Goldberg would know how I skate but no he mostly just stands there and well gets shot at. Hopefully they don't get hurt.

"Charlie will make sure they get back to us. They'll be okay." Connie reassured me.

"Thanks Connie." I smiled.

We skated down the street. Charlie and Goldberg aren't back yet. Where are they? We went under a bridge when I could hear yelling. That's when two hockey players dropped from the sky, okay the bridge.

"Goldberg don't you ever do that to me again." Charlie smiled.

We all laughed and continue the route to the school. When we got there we ran into to two girls on a bourse. They yelled at us to get out of the way but half of us didn't stop so they moved. Charlie lead us to a side door.

"We'll sneak in the back." Charlie said letting Averman go first.

"Alright." He said as he skated backstage.

"The gold metal winners," I heard the Dean talking as we all tried to be quiet.

Goldberg lost his balance and we all collided into a dog pile. The curtain came down with us.

"Get off of me." Goldberg struggled just like the rest of us to get up.

We got the curtain off and saw the entire school staring at us.

"Hi." Was all Charlie got out before there was a roar of laughter echoing off every inch of the crowded room. I spotted Luis and the rest of The Ducks laughing at us too. "We're The Ducks."

"My office. All of you." Dean Buckley spat.
