Early?!

*Aurora's POV*

It has been about two months since I found out I was pregnant. I'm 12 weeks along and this is what my belly looks like

Today we are going for a checkup on the baby. We won't find out what it is for a few more weeks.

J- Rory! Are you ready?
R- Yep!

We got in the car and drove to the doctors office. We signed in and waited.

Nurse- Aurora Marais?
Rory- Right here
Nurse- If you could follow me to the room.

We walked into the room and it was boring. We waited for the doctor to come in.

Jonah- Omg!
Rory- What?
Jonah- We have to discuss baby names!
Rory- Ok lets start
Jonah- Hmm for a boy maybe Alexander?
Rory- I LOVE THAT!
Jonah- But we need a backup name for both, just incase we are having twins!
Rory- We find out today how many there are
Jonah- So for a boy Alexander and Jaxson?
Rory- Yes! And for girls Raine and Scarlett!
Jonah- Adorable

A few minutes later the doctor walked in.

Doctor- Ah the Marais family!
Jonah- Hi Dr. Hills
Doctor- So how is everything Rory? Morning sickness? Mood swings?
Rory- I don't get morning sickness often and I don't think my mood swings are that bad
Jonah- Ok she is right, she doesn't really get morning sickness but your mood swings are awful
Doctor- *Laughs*
Rory- They aren't that bad!
Jonah- One minute you are all happy that we are having a baby and the next you are freaking out because you only have 6 months to prepare
Doctor- Yeah that sounds pretty bad
Rory- Ok I guess
Doctor- Today I will see how many babies you have in there!

A few minutes later she put the cold gel on my tummy and began the ultrasound.

Rory- What do you see?
Doctor- Well I only see one baby
Jonah- No twins?
Doctor- No twins, sorry guys.

I looked over and saw that Jonah was upset, I know he really wanted twins. I gave him a light smile and held his hand.

After we signed out we went home

We got home and Jonah sat on the couch with his head in his hands. I sat next to him and started to rub his back.

Rory- Oh Jonah, I know you really wanted twins
Jonah- I was really excited for twins
Rory- I know
Jonah- Now we have to choose one name for each gender dont we?
Rory- Yep
Jonah- Well which do you like better?
Rory- I really liked Alexander and Raine
Jonah- Settled, Raine or Alexander

We went upstairs and cuddled.

I can't wait for these babies to be born.

*Time skip! She is now 8 months pregnant!!!*

Now my belly is HUGE!

It is now August!! I'm so excited!

We have the baby room all set up

We are so excited to welcome Raine Ariana Marais! Yes it is a girl! We found out a few months ago. Our parents and Jonah's sisters were flying to LA next week to help prepare.

*It is now August 5th at 3:45 am*

Rory- Jonah
Rory- Jonah
Rory- JONAH!
Jonah- Yes?
Rory- I think my water broke!!!
Jonah- Oh my god! Get some shoes on! I will grab the bag and call the hospital! Oh and our parents!
Rory- I'll be in the car

I said trying not to scream.

A few minutes later Jonah got in the car and started driving to the hospital.

Jonah- Shh baby it's ok
Rory- Jonah! It, HURTS!
Jonah- Just breathe, in and out baby
Rory- Ok
Jonah- I guess Raine wanted to come join us a little earlier than expected

We got to the hospital and I was rushed into a room.

*I don't know much about birth so, she is in labor and everyone is there, and their families are on a plane!*

Doctor- Ok Rory, one last push please
Jonah- You can do it
Rory- AHHHH
Raine- Whhhaaa!!
Doctor- A beautiful baby girl!
Jonah- She is gorgeous, just like her mommy.

They cleaned her off and handed her to me. But it was weird because I was still having contractions.

Jonah- Isn't she lovely

Rory- AHHH!! Ouch! What is that!
Doctor- Surprise? You have one more baby in there.
Jonah- WHAT?!?
