Now, I don't have a binder. I'm not out and am too poor anyway. I figured a lot of you are in the same boat, so here are some ways to bind safely without a binder.

You can buy compression sports bras at target. I use Under Armour.
Do NOT use pantyhose. Do NOT use bondage tape. In fact, if it wasn't designed for chests, don't use it.
