" Raven I yelled while grabbing my bag that was next to the door
" what the hell was that about 10k Abby yelled angrily before grabbing my arm
" I don't know I'm sorry I have to find her I said pulling away running into the woods after Raven I couldn't lose her
" Raven I yelled waiting for a response
Silence
" Raven please I'm sorry I cried out my vision start to blur from tears threatening
Yet again silence was the only response I got
Suddenly a Z came from around the corner before it could reach me a arrow whized past me as it hit it in the forehead and into the tree behind it
" Raven please come back we need you * sigh
" I need you I whispered looking down at my feet

Maybe he was really sorry I thought as he was looking down at his feet
I scooted closer to the edge of the branch I was on it was a tree I had hidden a bow and quiver of arrows when I was a kid that I just saved 10k's life with
I decided to forgive him so I jumped down almost like a cat in front of him
He was wide eyed for a second just staring at me before he pulled me into a bone crushing hug
" Raven I'm so sorry I don't know what got into me I should of been understanding but instead I released all my pent up anger on you I'm so so so sorry he mumbled letting a tear hit my shoulder
I slowly pulled away from his hug and started towards my house with him following behind me
" Raven Abby shrilled running up to me as I stepped next to a large maple tree
I slowly knelt down by a gravestone that was covered up with vines
Taking my knife I started cutting them away " buddy I whispered
" who is this Abby asked as she reached me
" my best friend I whispered cleaning off Buddy's favorite chew toy and setting it back down
" O well I guess I'll go hey can I stay with Mack in your room Abby asked softly
" yes I can't sleep in there it wouldn't be right anymore I said standing up and heading Inside the house
Murphy and Doc where sleeping in the guest room and Warren slept in my parents room
So I sat in the couch holding the picture from my room while 10k walked in the living room sitting on the couch next to me leaving half a cushion between us while digging through his bag

I sat next to Raven while she held a picture frame in her small hands she was staring blankly at it
I quickly dug through my bag and grabbed some cooked hog and a can of corn
" here I said hanging her fork While I opened the can and set it down on a table
I grabbed some pages and candles quickly setting them up almost tripping over my own feet causing her to giggle
" so Mr . 10k what are you exactly doing here she said with a grin
" it's called setting up a dinner I said proudly making her smile
" well if I knew that I would of dressed better she joked making laugh while I dished out the food
" so Miss . Raven what is your favorite color I asked as I placed pillows in the ground for us to sit on
" black what about yours she asked softly
" same my second is cameo I said taking a fork full of corn
" nice same here she said blushing before nibbling on some of the pork on her plate
" so what was your dogs name I asked cautiously
" buddy she whispered looking down making me want to hug her , kiss her head , and tell her it was all going to be OK

" I had a dog two his name was thimble 10k said softly
" what's you real name don't worry I'll still call you 10k I said softly taking a fork full of corn
He started leaning closer to my ear before he whispered
" my real name is Tommy
His hot breath caused me to shiver it was safe to say I had a crush on 10k
" wanna know my birth name I asked he looked at me in shock
" Raven isn't your birth name he said surprised
" my parents changed my name when I was four to Raven cause my attachment to the birds I said softly
" I'll still call you Raven since it is your real name 10k said with a sly smile
I slowly leaned in towards his ear before whispering
" my birth name is Lilith
As I slowly drew back to my spot 10k grabbed my hand

" I think Raven suites you better I said feeling her small hand in my own hand
Should I ask her to be mine I thought to myself but decided against it for now
As we finished up I grabbed the plates And took them to the kitchen Raven following behind she pulled out a phone from her pocket
And it turn on she was looking through it until she set it face down
A song started playing just low enough we could make out the words but not loud enough to attract Z's or wake up anyone
She started swaying to the song I slowly walked up and offered her my hand to my surprise she accepted it
She slowly wrapped her arms around my neck while I rested my hands in her hips as we swayed to the song
We danced around the kitchen for a while till Raven yawn I slowly picked her up bridal style and laid her gently in the couch while pulling a blanket over her

She slowly closed her eyes smiling whispering
" don't ever leave me 10
" I won't ever leave you Raven I whispered standing up making my way to a book shelf
I found a whole shelf of year books the last year saying 2015 The year this all happened
I grabbed it flipping through the pages until I found the fimilar girl I was looking for
Raven Black
I slowly put it back in its place on the shelf until I ran across one of those cameras that print the picture out on the spot
I slowly picked it up and walked over to Raven who was peacefully sleeping
I slowly crouched down and took a picture she looked so peaceful
I slowly shook the picture until Raven's face appeared I stuck in in my pocket before placing the camera in my bag and sitting back in the chair drifting off to sleep
