I was watching Netflix on my laptop for a couple hours now when someone knocked on my door "come in." I yell and the door opened i saw Jake walk in will a dull expression on his face "what's wrong?"Chance isn't here..." "so???" "he has been texting someone all night" "ok..??" "a girl" "oh?" "he told us he was going to go get some food." "a you like for real or is this like a prank cause it's not funny." "no.he left a few minuets ago." "Jake i'm serious if this is a-" "Kayla" i looked up into his eyes.tears were at the edge of my eye "i'm serious" as he said that a tear fell from my eye.His phone dinged and he looked at me."we can follow his Uber" "that would be wrong" "so is cheating on you" "yeah but-" he raised his eyebrows "fine" he smiles and grabs his keys as we were walking out Ivan saw me crying and asked where we were going and what was wrong.he followed us to the car and sat in the back while Jake drove and I sat in the passenger side.Jake explained it to Ivan and he didn't say a word he just cracked his knuckles and sat in silence with a mad red face.We were behind a black van and Jake said that was his Uber. We drove for a while untill the van came to a stop and sure enough Chance came out and went to the house we pulled into.a little bit after he went inside we got out of the car and walked up the the window and Jake looked in. He looked down in disappointment i thought he was doing that because nobody was in there or something but then a tear formed in his eye."what...what did you see" "n-nothing we should go." "NO" i pushed him out of the way "I want to see" i looked through the window and fell to the ground "why did I-Why did I trust him?again" Jake looked at me and Ivan walked straight over to the door "IVAN...we can't" he didn't listen and busted down the door I quickly ran over with him and by the time I got inside Ivan was already in the bedroom.I ran in there and Chance looked over at me and his eyes widened."Kayla I-" "don't" i say putting my hand in the air to signal him to stop.Ivan walked over to him and punched him i jumped a little out of surprise and I knew I should stop him but I want him to feel the pain I feel right now so I don't and Ivan continues to beat him before Jake pulls him off of him.I look over at the girl and just sat there looking at her."how could I believe you..."I said "I trusted you" my voice cracked "Kayla please listen" "NO NOT AGAIN CHANCE...YOU JUST CAN'T STOP BREAKING  ME CAN YOU!?" I force myself to yell.he had blood on his nose lip and eye he also had a bruised eye and it was swollen."I LOST THE REAL TRUELOVE OF MY LIFE BC I THOUGHT I LOVED YOU BUT YOU CAN'T JUST LET ME BE HAPPY!" "Kayla I love you" "i'm sure you love that bitch too.." I whispered bc my throat hurt so bad from crying so much and yelling."so what...was I not good enough?did I not do it for you anymore!?" "no of course not you were perfect and still are but I just thought you were cheating on me so..." "maybe I should have I mean honestly Ivan has always been the guy i love but I tried to get over him for you and all you give a shit about is who your banging next weekend...I'M DONE WITH YOUR BULLSHIT CHANCE!!just leave me alone and never speak to me again." i slammed the bedroom door behind me and not long after Ivan and Jake came along.I was waiting for them in the car but this time i sat in the back I thought Ivan would want to sit in the front but he sat back here with me."Ivan I-"I started before he interupted "i know" i give a slight smile and he hugs me.I was almost asleep on Ivan's chest when I heard him whisper

"so...marry me?"
