Magic Entry II - The Children Elements

The children elements, also known as Ice and Lighting, are elements that supposedly come from other elements, hence the name. Ice used to be considered part of Water magic, while Lighting Magic was supposedly the result of a Fire Wielder and an Air Wielder combining their magic in an effort to defend themselves. Another theory is that Lighting Magic is actually a form of Energy Manipulation, but no one knows for sure. Both of these elements are deadly in a massive blast, but are rather gentle and calm in a normal situation.

Ice spells:
Low level Spells:
Frost Breath - The user breathes a cold gust of air that freezes any water it touches
Snow Ball - forms a ball of snow and is intended to be used for mischief, but can be used for distraction
Snowflake Shield - Creates a medium sized shield that can be used defensively or can be thrown like a circular boomerang. As the name implies, it is in the shape of a six branched snow flake
Ice Needles - a blast of small shards of ice, each as thin as a needle. Can be used to cut a person or pin them to the ground or a wall
Mid-level Spells:
Ice Ball - Launches a ball of ice that actually harms the opponent, but not enough to actually kill them
Ice Shards - A burst of ice shards, each about the size of a fist in width. Can actually harm and possibly kill the target
Frozen Snowflake Shield - a more durable form of the Snowflake Shield. It has the same shape but has blue highlights around the middle and in the main lines of the branches
Ice Wall - Creates a wall of ice to block more than one opponent
Ice Box - creates a box of ice around an enemy to trap them
High level Spells:
Spiny Ice Ball - launches a ball of ice covered in spikes
Ice Storm - A large blast of ice shards that can shred through enemies
Blizzard Shield - the final form of the Snowflake Shield. The shape is still a six branched snowflake, but the shield's color pattern is all blue outlined by white. It can still be used like a boomerang.

Lighting Spells:
Low level Spells:
Static - creates a small burst of electricity that stuns the target
Thunder - summons a lighting bolt from the sky and strikes the target
Volt Jab - the user jabs the opponent with a hand covered in electricity
Mid-level Spells:
Electric Field - the user places their hand(s) on the ground and sends out a wave of electricity
Lighting Blast - Summons 10 bolts of lighting that strike the opponent
Stasis Blast - A bizarre blast that knocks out an opponent
High level Spells:
Ion Storm - Summons 100 bolts of lighting and smites the enemy
Shock Absorber - absorbs any electrical energy in the area and then releases it in one blast
Storm Summon - summons a thunder storm and can be combined with Shock Absorber to unleash a powerful blast of electrical energy

Combination Spells:
Static + Ice Storm = Frost-spark - A blast of ice with electricity jumping between the ice shards. Can be used for either pacifying or harming the target
Any Ice Shield spell + Static = Electric Chakra - the user throws a spinning Ice Shield covered in electricity
