(A\N:Trying something new)

         Alyana P.O.V

First game of the season. I'm feeling excited and nervous. This is Axel's first time playing since the accident. Instead of being positive, all I could do is think of everything that could go wrong. Nothing will happen. I hope and pray. I pulled on the school's t-shirt and black leggings. My messy hair in a bun on top of my head

'Breathe Alyana. Everything will be fine."

Let's go watch a game
~~~~~
17 to 12. So far we were winning but with the other team every now and then would score higher, it was an edge sitting game. Axel hasn't been on the field yet. Why am I kinda feeling relief? Shouldn't I be excited and more supportive. This is his dream
The game moves along and our points changing on the scoreboard
We're in our last ending, giving people the opportunity to restock on food and drinks. How could people even be eating at time like this? 20 to 20. It's anybody's game
The crowd cheers when Axel steps up to the plate. Coach Brad stood behind him, leveling the bat properly. Here we go. Just one more point
The pitcher throws of the first ball, meeting the catcher's glove
Strike one!
Another flies down to the plate
Strike two!
'Come on Axel! You've got this!'
With the last ball sent down, Axel hits the ball when coach tells him to and the metal bat making a clank sound, sending it into the outfield. Being they missed, this was his chance
"Run!" The crowds shouts
Axel dashes down the line, doing the toe touching method to first base and on to second he went. Coach Brad stopped him at third now that they have ball. Next batter steps up. He hits, sending Axel home. Did we just win! We won!
And the crowd roars. I rushed to the dugout to congratulate him
"You did it!"
"Alyana?"
I embrace him as well as his family. I truly had nothing to worry about. All that practice actually paid off. We're starting off good
